Se potessi dare zero non basterebbe per valutare questa misera e ridicola struttura. A partire dal check in sono stati indisponenti e poco competenti. Ma la parte peggiore è arrivata la sera quando ci siamo messi a letto e abbiamo notato che le lenzuola erano piene di macchie, la federa sporca di sangue, e c’erano numerosi peli sparsi. Dopo aver chiamato la reception per farci cambiare il letto, receptionist è entrato in camera piombandosi sul letto per cercare prove e senza mai scusarsi per il disagio ha chattato per minuti in silenzio con lo staff mentre noi lo guardavamo. Ci ha proposto di andare alla camera del piano di sotto, senza calcolare che avremmo dovuto rifare le valigie ed erano le 11 di sera. Dopodiché per sbaglio riprodotto un audio che mi aveva fatto di nascosto mentre mi lamentavo e che aveva inviato in quella chat. Abbiamo dormito su quelle stesse lenzuola, alla fine

El recepcionista no nos quería dejar hacer check in porque en Internet dice otra cosa, y nos decía que las habitaciones solo las rentan por noche y en la página decía otra cosa, al final respetaron la reservacion, pero omitieron decirnos que la alberca estaba fuera de servicio por lo que no pudimos ir a la alberca, los cuartos estan rústicos no tienen piso de loza y el baño estaba tapado, no habían jabones.
por el precio que se pagó excelente,las camas estaban muy cómodas,la limpieza del lugar muy bien,se ve q les va a ir muy bien en cuanto se entere la gente del lugar
