Leider würde ich nicht mehr kommen.

U-Bahn Station direkt daneben.

Cons:

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war bereits bei der Ankunft staubig. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Zimmerservice: Am zweiten Tag wurde lediglich der Mülleimer geleert – das Bett wurde nicht gemacht und die Handtücher wurden einfach über den Handtuchhalter geworfen. Es war nicht einmal erkennbar, ob diese überhaupt frisch waren.

Auf meine Beschwerde an der Rezeption bekam ich lediglich die Antwort, ich solle mich schriftlich an das Management wenden. Kundenservice sieht für mich anders aus.

Auch das Frühstück für 19 € pro Person ist völlig überteuert, vor allem wenn direkt gegenüber ein Bäcker mit deutlich günstigeren und besseren Optionen ist.

Ich würde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Wir kamen bereits um 10 Uhr im Hotel an...es war sofort ein Zimmer frei.
Zimmer mit vielen Ablagen...mega und kleiner Küchenzeile. Für 50 € Kaution gab es eine kleine Küche Ausstattung...sehr praktisch
Super...das hatten wir noch nie....Die Beleuchtung bei der Klospülung....lustig...ansonsten alles top...
Lage perfekt.

Beim Frühstück ist der Service stark verbesserungswürdig...täglich war der Saft das Nutella und die kleinen Löffel leer.. jedoch kein Personal in Sicht...ebenso wurde der Pancake Automat an keinem der 3 Tage aufgefüllt...
Erst nach klopfen an der Küchentür wurde aufgefüllt.
Da es keine Tabletts gab ließ jeder das Geschirr einfach stehen...ebenso kein Service in Sicht...Bei uns war wenig los wie das bei Vollauslastung ist mag ich mir nicht vorstellen...auch wenn das Frühstück relativ günstig ist ( 18€ ) sollte der Service trotzdem funktionieren.
Das ist aber wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Отель находится прямо возле выхода станции метро, очень удобно. От отеля в аэропорт без пересадок прямо на метро можно доехать за 29 минуь, это просто супер. Мечта туриста 🙂
Отель уютный, чистый, есть зоны для встреч, детская зона. Тихо, соседей не слышали. У нас окна были во двор на 0 этаже, не шумно.
Нас встретил молодой человек, был очень вежлив. Мы приехали на час раньше времени заселения и наша комната еще не была готова, но предложили другую на 0 этаже, чтобы не ждать. Спасибо за уютное пребывание!
Завтрак шведский стол, всего достаточно.

Cons:

Чайник можно взять за депозит 20 евро и только по карте. Вечером на рецепции были другие молодые люди и они попросили у меня все данные физической карты, даже CVV, но так как у меня ее не было, произвели списание с виртуальной 20 евро и после выселения в течение 2х суток вернули деньги.
