Beautiful stay
Pros:

Like everything there is nothing that I didn't like .. the staff and the owner are beautiful people with warm regards and welcoming. Best location with a serene atmosphere at Dal Lake. We stayed 3 nights here and love every time with the place. Looking forward to meeting and staying again whenever will come to Srinagar. The property is neat and clean with a beautiful garden.. thanks for having us

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Rooms were good , staff was excellent , food was really good location was also good

Cons:

Need to improve the locking system of the room doors and parking is also far from hotel but it was safe never the less

Very lovely and convenient hotel well representing beauty of Kashmir
Pros:

Beautiful place with beautiful Kashmiri rose garden. Close to boat pier where evening boat trip in Dal lake is highly recommended.

Cons:

Accessible from main road by walking or by using hotel boat. Making it difficult to tourist who has large luggage like i did.

Our host Dawood was such a gentleman, and the staff was also very gentle and helpful...the hotel food was very homely and nice the room with 2 beds accommodated me, mom and dad very well..

The carpet could be cleaned more often
