Mixed feelings
Pros:

The staff member who checked me in was very helpful. I mentioned that I wanted to stay for two nights and he upgraded my room, which I appreciated. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable, but also very basic. There is no refrigerator and overall the hotel offers limited facilities for the price.
Breakfast was goood

Cons:

Unfortunately, communication between staff was disappointing. I clearly mentioned during check-in that I wanted to stay two nights, but the next day reception asked me to check out as they seemed unaware. Although my stuff were still in the room and I had an appointment to attend, I had to sort out the payment immediately.
When I asked to extend my stay, I was told to make a new reservation through Booking.com, which ended up costing me about €10 more than the previous night.
Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, which is quite late for business travellers. No takeaway breakfast option was offered for an early departure.
There is also no bar, restaurant or place to get a drink in the evening. As a solo female traveller, this means having to go out after dark if you want food or drinks.
Overall, the hotel is clean and acceptable, but I find it overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are basic, the facilities are limited and the service was inconsistent during my stay. In my opinion, Bloom mainly sells itself on its modern look and branding rather than on the actual guest experience. There are better value options nearby with more facilities.

I am currently staying at Bloom Hotel CR Park and have mixed feelings about my experience

Great service, comfortable rooms, and a wonderful overall experience.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Bloom Hotel CR Park. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, the location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Great hospitality, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. My stay was smooth and comfortable throughout. If I had to mention something, it would only be that I wish I had stayed longer!

Great hotel stay, excellent chai.
Pros:

I was very happy with this hotel, I’m surprised by the low ranking. They have a good and clean vibe, a security at the door and upon walking through the door there’s a good aroma in the air. The staff was smiling and provided everything asked without problem. The breakfast is good and their chai is one of the best I’ve had! highly recommend it. The room was big, had ac and fan, shower power was great. I was very happy with my stay and cannot fault them on anything in particular. It is located close to a busy street and sound proofed windows work great. I’d say the low score comes from other Indians. The international guests all have good things to say and I’m one of them. I will look for Bloom hotel in the future.

Overall, this hotel is not just not good it’s actually bad.

Cons:

The room size was very small considering I paid ₹4700 + 18% GST. The staff were not welcoming or friendly, they looked more like call center agents than hotel staff. Food was just average but extremely overpriced. The lift was old, and no one even offered to help with luggage it felt like a self-service hotel despite the high price. For this amount, you can easily get a good 3-star or even 4-star property. Overall, this hotel is not just not good it’s actually bad.
