Zentral gelegene, familiäre Wohlfühloase
Pros:

Die Anlage ist relativ klein (es gibt 5 Zimmer), wodurch eine familiäre oder persönliche Atmosphäre entsteht. Nicht zuletzt allerdings auch, weil alle Mitarbeiter super nett, herzlich und zu jedem Zeitpunkt hilfsbereit waren!
Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Durch die zentrale Lage ist jedes Ende der Insel schnell erreichbar. Was auch praktisch ist, ist dass man gleich nebenan Fahrräder und Equipment zum schnorcheln ausleihen kann.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt! :)
Geht auf jeden Fall mal in die Pizzeria una gegenüber, extrem lecker!

Cons:

Wirklich wenig hat uns nicht gefallen, das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Das WLAN hätte vielleicht etwas stabiler und besser sein können.

Insgesamt sehr schöne Unterkunft, nur bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben
Pros:

Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage (man konnte nachts sehr gut schlafen).
Das Personal war immer bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und war sehr stilvoll.

Cons:

Die üblichen Probleme, wie schlechter Abfluss und strenger Geruch im Bad, sind vermutlich ein Inselproblem. ABER das Zimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft definitiv nicht oder nicht gründlich gereinigt. Auf der Duschabtrennung befand sich ein Nagelklipser vom Vorgänger, in der Badematte lagen zwei Zehnägel. Allgemein sah die Badematte eklig aus und als würde man sie nicht nach jedem Gast waschen.
Der Pool war scheinbar „gekippt“, also schlecht geworden - das Personal sagte aber, dass man bereits dabei ist das Problem zu beheben.
Als unser Zimmer nach zwei Tagen gereinigt wurde, hatten wir kein Toilettenpapier mehr - kann passieren, aber würde wieder zur Halbherzigkeit des Putzens passen. Der Fußboden war auch sehr dreckig (unsere Füße waren schwarz, obwohl wir das Zimmer nie mit Schuhen betreten haben).
Aufgrund dessen leider nur 7/10 Punkte…

A true slice of paradise!
Pros:

This place is like a slice of paradise. It’s so beautiful, calm and clean. The rooms are so amazing, immaculately clean and huge. The lighting is so nice and air-conditioning is good. The room felt very private. The pool is so nice. and breakfast was delicious. But the best thing of all was the staff - they are so accommodating, professional and kind.

Schönes und gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Schönes und geräumiges Zimmer/Bungalow mit bequemem Bett und inkludiertem Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel, dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig.
Besonders gemütlich wird es aber durch das sehr sympathische Team!
Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir spontan 2 Nächte verlängert haben.

Cons:

Der Swimmingpool war leider ziemlich milchig, sehr warm und hatte extrem viel Chlor drin.

Persoonlijk, met aandacht en charmant!
Pros:

De kleinschaligheid en het ontzettend lieve personeel dat een plekje in ons hart heeft veroverd. De locatie en prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is meer dan uitstekend. Het is een rustige oase centraal op een prachtig eiland. We hopen dit verblijf en de lieve mensen opnieuw te bezoeken! Bedankt voor alles!

Heerlijk plekje op het midden van het eiland waar je je helemaal thuis voelt
Pros:

Het personeel was zo ontzettend lief en service gericht! Ze ze hebben alles voor ons geregeld (snorkeltrip, extra vroeg ontbijt, scooters) en zijn zelfs 3x heen en weer gereden om onze bagage naar de haven te brengen. Bedankt Owen en Heru!!! Ook de manager vroeg bij ons vertrek actief om feedback.

Beetje stof onder het bed, maar werd meteen opgelost

Pros:

Petit-déjeuner correct et localisation centrale, permettant d’accéder facilement à l’ensemble de l’île. La présence de chats dans la résidence a été un vrai plus pour nous. Le personnel est à l’écoute et l’emplacement est calme et agréable.

Cons:

Le lit n’était pas des plus confortables et présentait quelques taches, probablement incrustées malgré le lavage. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais sans être particulièrement remarquable.

Fantastisk opphold! Veldig hyggelig personale! Vi vil gjerne dra tilbake neste gang vi er på Gili air :)
Pros:

Vi likte personale veldig godt! De var ekstremt hjelpsomme og hyggelige!:) De ordnet snorkletur til Gili meno, og transport over til kuta, lombok.

Rommet var rent og moderne!

Het was echt geweldig, we komen hier sowieso terug.
Pros:

Het personeel was echt super vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was de accommodatie echt top en daarom is het echt een aanrader.

Great villas with wonderful staff
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four in a two bedroom villa. The accommodation was perfect for our needs with comfortable beds, a cute little pool area and breakfast each morning. But what made it memorable was the staff. They were so incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - preparing delicious breakfasts, arranging snorkelling trips and helping us with our transportation off the island. We felt very grateful for their kindness. Thank you Owen and all the staff at Villa Mila who made our stay so special.

Pros:

The location was alright - it's located in the middle of the island, so if you want to avoid using the horse carriages it's a bit of a journey if you're following exactly what google maps says (maybe use the main road if you brought a roller suitcase, if you're backpacking you're fine), the route google maps takes you to has a lot of potholes leading up to the villa. But when you rent a bike, cycling around is easy and near to a lot of things and beaches. Mas and the rest of the staff there are really friendly and knowledgeable, you'll like them very much :)

Cons:

Toilet and the AC in the room we slept in were disappointing. We got them to come fix the AC, but each time they said it's cold, but we were seating in our sleep during the night - we were in room 3. The toilet has a bit of a weird drainage smell which I dont think they can get rid of easily. So just something me and my friend were unhappy about that's all.

Pros:

Such a lovely and intimate accommodation in the centre of the island within walking distance of everything. The surroundings are peaceful and there is no disturbing music from beach clubs or bars, the nearby construction sites are only open during the day time.

There are good local and international restaurants, cafes, shops and beauty salons nearby. In addition, the island's only paddle court is located nearby.

The courtyard area and pool are pleasant and well maintained. The accommodation is small and unique, which is a big advantage. The air-conditioned rooms are pleasant and clean, they are cleaned daily. Towels and sheets are changed on request. There is drinking water available and the accommodation's restaurant is open during the day, offering snacks and drinks. You can book a bicycle, laundry service or book day trips from the reception.

The staff is really friendly, nice and helpful, they even become friends during your stay❤️ If you are looking for a unique, well maintained and small boutique villa, I truly highly recommend this accommodation.

Thank you very much manager Mas and the rest of the staff, you made our stay so unique and memorable. We felt very welcome and definitely come back later 🤗☀️

Pros:

Las instalaciones comunes son de 10 y las habitaciones muy bonitas, con una decoración muy cuidada, grandes y muy limpias. El personal es muy amable y atento, te explican todo, te dan recomendaciones sobre la isla y su trato es exquisito!!. El desayuno buenísimo 😋
