Between the clean space, gorgeous view and kind staff. Our stay here became a memorable one. We can’t wait to be back!!
Pros:

The property was perfect, just steps away from the beach and walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and next door Foxwoods Casino. The room had the perfect view very clean. Fully stocked with necessities.The moment we walked in there was Spa music playing, and it smelled divine. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Honestly no better place I’d rather stay. I’ll be back soon.

Pros:

The location was in the heart of San Juan
They only provided 4 towels so we literally had to wash clothes every day while on vacation
The balcony is very small and has the outside unit of the ac sitting on it… so there was NO RELAXING ON THE BALCONY (loud and blowing hot air)
ELEVATORS WERE THE FASTEST IVE EVER BEEN ON but only half would work..
Parking spot is VERY SMALL
large grocery store right down the road
Pictures on website very misleading as to space in unit. 2 very small bathrooms
Beach was beautiful but small area… seemed like they allow public to go in but everyday you had to go to desk and get a arm band
It would have been cheaper to stay at a new hotel

Pros:

La ubicación, el apartamento con todas las comodidades. Excelente vista y muy bueno el acceso a la playa.

Cons:

El apartamento era un poco viejo, aunque tenía las comodidades necesarias. Tuvimos vecinos poco agradables, un vecino con música a todo volumen a lo largo de toda la noche, todas las noches.

Pros:

La propiedad es hermosa, muy moderna, tiene todo lo que necesitas. La vista al mar es única, tiene salida directa al mar y para mí es la mejor playa de todo PR, tiene para alquilar sombrilla y tomar cócteles. La casa está muy bien equipada y las camas son muy cómodas y grandes es perfecto para una familia o una pareja, está muy bien ubicada. Iván nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos y siempre estuvo pendiente y nos respondía al minuto

First time in PR and this was the place to be. Great time overall will come again.
Pros:

Big beautiful updated condo. Bigger square footage wise compared to the elite hotels nearby. Plus the convenience of having a washer and dryer was a plus. Everyone was friendly, plus no issues with the reserved parking we were given. Very affordable and best priced. Beach nearby with easy access. Great local restaurants that are walking distance. Even Rico who works at Mint Bar downstairs in the lobby knew all the best spots to go so he was very helpful. Owner was easy to talk to and gave a lot of info for our stay. Highly recommend

Hope the Pool is fixed soon!

The view and location made it a great vacation.
Pros:

Definetly the location. We were right next to beach.

Cons:

Parking arrangement make sure you get an alternative from valet if someone else is in your spot. I have to say though the staff was extremely helpful.

Very well appointed condo with everything you need. Beach view and access were great. Location perfect for restaurants and shops in the area walking distance. Close to airport. Host was very informative and communicative throughout. Would definitely be coming back with the family again.
