I have a premium room but very basic facilities eg tea and coffee maker equated to a kettle only. Phone not working.
Make sure you hand over the correct cash as person behind desk decided he won’t give change even when I tipped him.
I booked through booking.com- I noted payment came out of my account immediately after booking where usually this happens a few days before check in.

Right next to the Golden Temple, literally 5 minutes walk away which was a god send.
It's in the middle of the Golden temple so taxis are reluctant to go there due to traffic.
Excellent location. Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Statue of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Heritage Street everything is a short walk away from the hotel. Polite and courteous staff who ensure to make your stay comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms. The best part is- You can see the Golden Temple from the property terrace. Mr. Gurpreet Singh, the owner and Mr. Sandeep from the front desk ensured a safe and comfortable stay for me as a solo traveller. They also help arrange for safe & reliable cab service for airport pickup and drop and sightseeing.
Mr. Sandeep Singh and his crew were amazing. Really going the extra mile to accommodate our family.
