A comfortable stay for one night.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate. Could have had a few more fruit choices.

Cons:

The location is not ideal in terms of the activities surrounding and it sits between two busy streets. However, we had no difficulties getting to and from the hotel. The hotel building/doors, mats, and towels were well used and dated.

My wife and I found the staff very pleasant and breakfast well placed out .
Pros:

Found the contenantal breakfast very nicw with a good selection

Cons:

The bathroom was very dated and the shower did not work and having the sink in the main room was a big let down. I reported this to the morning crew apone checking out and all i got was an Oh .that did not sit well with my wife and I, maybe an I'm sorry to hear that or how can we make this right might have been a better response I'm thinking.

It was only one night but if I book in Red Deer again, I will book elsewhere.
Pros:

The property was easy to access and exit.

Cons:

Very sketchy area with unhoused persons loitering about. No secure elevator access. Anyone could follow a person up. The tub insert didn’t fit properly so while standing in the shower you could feel the bottom of the tub sink in.

no toilet paper at the start of my stay.... i ended up buying some from a store myself.
Pros:

food was alright.
bed was comfy
no one bothered us and the temp in the room was controlled well. also there was a good size tv.
only basic cable though....

Cons:

there was no toilet paper on the roll when we arrived.... the shower was hard to turn on and off, the toilet seat moved from side to side as you sat down as if the seat was about to fall off. there was one chair in the room for two people. the table was wobbly. i expected toilet paper to be on the roll when i arrived and a toilet seat to not wobble. i also expected the door to clear the toilet but if you sat down the door hits you in the bathroom... it was a nice breakfast, the staff was great. please ensure the toilet rolls are changed before each guest and tighten up the toilet seats and have someone look at the shower faucet.

I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Good location, easy access. Relatively comfortable bed, and not too high for senior access. Good tv, easy to operate.

Cons:

wobbly table, cramped entrance to the room, practically had to walk through the closet to get in or out of the door. Thermostat didn't work, so the fan wouldn't turn on. Hot and stuffy sleeping with no AC, and couldn't open the window, being ground floor opening right to parking lot.

Pros:

Had a good breakfast...not super varied but good. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. Location was near a Tim Hortons where some drug addicts hung out...but felt safe. Room was in great shape and on the quiet side. Excellent

Cons:

The hotel put two $200.00 damage deposits on my credit card. Felt a little over the top.

Good stay my new favorite hotel in Red Deer
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the young man at the front desk solved the problem of the TV remote. It did not control the TV just the cable box. So he came with a second remote that controlled.

Cons:

Can't say there was anything I didn't like, except if I came in after midnight I had to ring the bell for someone to let me in.
