For guests staying over the Christmas and New Year period, our restaurant service times and menu will change. For further information, please contact the hotel. Please be aware that the hotel cannot guarantee availability for dinner reservations. Should you wish to book a table in our restaurant please contact the hotel in advance of your stay to avoid any disappointment. Use of our spa facilities is restricted to between 08:00 - 10:00 for children aged 16 years and younger. Please note that spa treatments must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. One hours use of the spa facilities is included for each night of your stay, pre-booking is essential. We was told check in was at 3 pm we didn’t get our room until 3:56 also my wife slipped on the floor in reception hurt herself cause the floor was wet and I found wire in my eggs at breakfast
Kleines Zimmer, Kurze Zudecke, kein Kühlschrank. War ok.
Dusche war 60 x 60 cm...Man konnte sich nicht bücken.
The location was fantastic.
Apart from the member of staff on reception on arrival, all other staff members were well below par in terms of customer service - restaurant in the evening, at breakfast and reception as I was leaving. Not what I expected.
Exceptional location with gorgeous views. Great service, even though I arrived early and couldn't get early check in I was able to use the facilities. I got a complimentary upgrade from a single room to a double, still no view but a bit more room! Got a late checkout the next day which really helped me. I had a massage which was great and used the spa facilities in the morning. The pool was very small, but everywhere was clean and in good condition. Wifi was good throughout the property. Nice food at the restaurant too!

Registration was strait forward, very accomodating they arranged dedicated disabled parking facilities for my car all the staff were very friendly the facilities were very good, hotel was very clean, the food was ok but menu was a little limited

The Seal house had a fantastic view of the sea both from the living room and the bedroom. The living room was comfortable and well furnished.
The hotel breakfast and dinner was delicious!
The bed was not very comfortable and needed a new mattress. There were only 3 mugs and not many spoons etc and could have benefited from more to avoid too much washing up or dishwashing.
I only discovered the lovely beach on the last day!
It would have been nice to see this advertised in the hotel lobby

restaurant was goed met vriendelijk personeel, mooie locatie aan zee.
Prijs - kwaliteit was waardeloos. Een kamer voor 250 euro per nacht. Je verwacht dan een standaard/basic kamer. Wat we kregen was een erg kleine kamer (afmetingen werden niet gemeld bij booking) die waarschijnlijk was bedoeld als 1 persoonskamer. Er stond een klein 2 persoonsbed met slecht matras. Nu hebben wij een redelijk normaal postuur, maar mensen met een beetje overgewicht zouden hier zeker niet met z'n 2en in passen. Een klein raam dat uitkeek op het dak van de keuken. Het was warm maar het raam openzetten was geen optie vanwege de sterke etenslucht (al vroeg in de ochtend wakker worden met de geur van gebakken worstjes). Een upgrade was niet mogelijk helaas, al deden de dames aan de balie niet veel moeite en gedroegen zich nogal uit de hoogte. Na 2 nachten slecht slapen helaas geen goede ervaring aan overgehouden. Wat meer informatie over de kamer zou handig zijn zoals de afmeting van de kamer en het bed.
