Pros:

It's quite new and comfortable, the bathroom is comfortable the parking is free.

Cons:

There is no possibility of breakfast, the room can be noisy at the ground floor, there is no A.C. in the room and in Summer can be hot, the "self check in" concept is ok but if you have any question there is nobody to ask.

Great location , but be prepared to see no staff and no breakfast.

There is no staff at all ; this was definitely not clear on their site; also there is no breakfast.
There was no toilet in my room ; I had to cross the hall to to go to the toilet.
Its not a big deal but its not very comfortable.
