Great hotel in excellent location
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel with a great location, rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and has a lot of variety.

Cons:

Drinks prices are a bit steep but that's to be expected with hotels in Benidorm.

Conformes.
Pros:

Nos encantó la diversidad de comida que había a cada etapa del día.
Nos gustó las piscinas al aíre libre y el circuito spa .

Cons:

Habíamos venido a descansar y no era muy posible porque los demás huéspedes no tenían respeto en las horas que volvían a sus habitaciones; al ser las paredes finos, oíamos todo el ruido que hacían y no pudimos descansar.

Llegamos al último día que estábamos muy cansados.


Luego por la noche había también mucho ruido de los eventos de otros hoteles, con música hasta las 2 u 3 de la mañana.

Una Decepción mayúscula
Pros:

El buffet y los camareros, muy atentos y serviciales. La limpiadora de pisos, tremendamente simpática y profesional. Las vistas del hotel muy bonitas.

Cons:

La recepcionista muy muy poco profesional y con nulas ganas de trabajar year una burns experiencia a los clientes. No atendió ninguna de nuestras peticiones y nos coló una habitación de matrimonio juntando dos camas en vez de la correspondiente cama...para no volver. Básicamente nos dieron la habitación que nadie quería por lo visto( humedades en el techo del baño, la rejilla del aire acondicionado a punto de caerse, unir dos camas para intentar engañarnos y hacenos creer que era una cama de matrimonio, etc, etc)
