Please note that the access to the spa and indoor pool is available at an extra cost. Slippers, bathrobe and pool towel can be rented at an extra cost of EUR 5.

Please note that the easiest way to reach the property is going through the city of Varese and not Switzerland.

Spa access is available on request and must be booked in advance.

Please note that air conditioning is available only from 09.06.2025 till 14.09.2025.

The restaurant will be closed on 12/25/25 - 12/31/25 - 01/01/26 open only in the evening. Spa hours for the holidays will be as follows: 25/12 from 14:00 to 20:00 31/12 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m 01/01 from 14:00 to 22:00.

There is an additional charge to use the spa: €35 ​​per person on December 31, 2025.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ein Teil des Personals, insbesondere die jüngeren Mitarbeitenden, war freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht unseren Erwartungen. Der Pool war nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen und kostete zusätzlich 20 € pro Person für nur zwei Stunden. Das Frühstück bot nur eine kleine Auswahl und die Preise im Restaurant waren eher hoch.

Bereits ab 7 Uhr morgens war es durch laut spielende Kinder auf dem Flur und häufiges Türenschlagen sehr laut, wodurch an Ausschlafen nicht zu denken war. Der Balkon war komplett ohne Sitzmöbel ausgestattet und somit kaum nutzbar.

Obwohl kostenlose Privatparkplätze angegeben werden, waren bei unserer Rückkehr am Abend keine Parkplätze mehr verfügbar. Wir mussten unser Auto deshalb beim Baumarkt abstellen.

Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls nicht überzeugt. Ohne Auto ist praktisch nichts erreichbar, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe kaum Restaurants, Geschäfte oder Freizeitmöglichkeiten befinden.

Zudem musste meine Schwester für ihre Kinder den gleichen Übernachtungspreis wie Erwachsene bezahlen, was wir für Familien wenig attraktiv finden. Ein Teil des Personals wirkte leider wenig freundlich.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Tout le personnel est aimable, l'hôtel corresponds à la description, le petit déjeuner est bon et assez diversifié. Nous n'avons pas profité du restaurant mais il doit être bien côté vu le nombre de personnes extérieures à l'hôtel sont venues manger.

Cons:

L'espace détente dont la piscine est avec un supplément de 25 euros/personne, le manque de prises près du lit et l'absence de ventilateur dans la chambre (non signalé à l'acceuil car le soir il faisait plus frais). La langue pratiquée est bien sûr l'italien et l'anglais.

Fijn herstel hotel, heerlijk gegeten!
Pros:

Heerlijk gegetenin het restaurant voor zeer schappelijke prijs en met leuke bediening. Ontbijt ook heel fijn, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Fijne spa (extra 25 euro/p/dag) met massage opties. We kwamen er om om bij te komen van een 5-daagje hike en dat is zondermeer gelukt.

Cons:

De spa kan wel een dennegeurtje gebruiken. Locatie: beetje saai industrieel gebied, geen gezellige dorpjes enz. Er is vast veel te doen in de buurt voor fietsers, maar daar kwamen wij niet voor.

Pros:

Tout est très bien, c est la 4 ème fois que nous descendons dans cet hôtel car tout est parfait.
Personnel sympathique, chambre très spacieuse, très bon petit déjeuner continental, piscine et infrastructures du spa et très très bon restaurant. A qlq km de la frontière Suisse. Nous avons trouvé notre hôtel etape lorsque nous nous rendons dans le sud de l Italie ou lorsque nous revenons en Belgique.
