When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the access to the spa and indoor pool is available at an extra cost. Slippers, bathrobe and pool towel can be rented at an extra cost of EUR 5.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa.

Please note that the easiest way to reach the property is going through the city of Varese and not Switzerland.

Spa access is available on request and must be booked in advance.

Please note that air conditioning is available only from 09.06.2025 till 14.09.2025.

The restaurant will be closed on 12/25/25 - 12/31/25 - 01/01/26 open only in the evening. Spa hours for the holidays will be as follows: 25/12 from 14:00 to 20:00 31/12 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m 01/01 from 14:00 to 22:00.

There is an additional charge to use the spa: €35 ​​per person on December 31, 2025.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Cons:

Nous n'avions pas vu que le SPA était en supplément et que l'accès à la piscine se faisait par le SPA donc payant aussi. En arrivant à 17H30, payer 2x20 euros pour 1h ou 2h avant le repas n'était pas prévu, tant pis ! on lira mieux la prochaine fois.
Chambre bruyante car isolation phonique (très) faible.

Pros:

Personnel souriant, chambre spacieuse et bien meublée , literie confortable. Le spa est fantastique et bien chauffé. Bon petit-déjeuner buffet. Très agréable, à recommander.

Cons:

Absence de gobelets dans la salle de bain et de patères pour vêtements. Chauffage insuffisant dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, weshalb wir weder etwas zum Spa noch zum Restaurant sagen können. Das Zimmer war aber sauber, das Personal nett und das Frühstück, insbesondere der Kaffee, war grandios.

Cons:

Die Lage an der Straße führt zwar zu guter Erreichbarkeit aber hat auch zu viel Lärm am Morgen geführt. Wir wollten wegen der Wärme mit offenem Fenster schlafen, das führte leider dazu, dass der Rauch von unten hoch in unser Zimmer gezogen ist.

Lovely hotel in peaceful location
Pros:

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. It was in a very peaceful location and within walking distance to Cantello Gagiollo station.
I wish there was a kettle and tea,coffee making option inside the room.
