Localização fantástica, refeições boas, pessoas muito simpáticas

Cons:

Os quartos não têm qualidade de 4 estrelas, o chão está a levantar, as camas não são confortáveis, a divisória de pano para a casa de banho estava suja. O papel de parede de ambos os elevadores estava a saltar, a piscina interior estava um caos... azulejos a saltar, luzes da piscina tiradas e com cabos de fora e crianças a jogar a bola dentro da piscina sem que ninguém dissesse nada. Muito mau

Pros:

Excelente vista do quarto, piscina indoor temperatura boa, colchões confortáveis, atendimentos dos funcionários excelente.

Cons:

Banheira vazando, piscina indoor com a iluminação interna desconectada do local correto dando sensação de qualquer momento acontecer um curto circuito, difícil conseguir estacionamento pois são mais de 200 quartos para 54 vagas. Se quiser jantar no restaurante custa 33 euros por pessoa, muito caro.

Couple stay visiting family in Alvor
Pros:

Breakfast was great, but key to get down before the 9am rush starts. The pool area was extensive and sunbeds were readily available throughout the day which we appreciated as we like to come and go from the pool area as we please and it was great people removed the towels when they were finished also.Cecilia in the pool bar was most helpful and we enjoyed her cocktail making skills.

The rooms could do with some TLC I know the hotel
Is suppose to be closing for refurbishment however we found the communal areas lovely especially loving the waterfall courtyard in the mornings with our coffee after breakfast.
