L'emplacement est super, le bâtiment est impeccable. Parking souterrain, ascenseurs directs, piscine de toit, c'est vraiment bien et propre. La cour intérieure donne un charme au lieu.
La coupure d'électricité de presque 10h sans frigo, ni eau courante ni clim. Pas la faute du building mais ça gâche un court séjour pareil. Il manquait un peu d'ustensiles ou de couverts dans la cuisine.
Me encantó la propiedad, con instalaciones nuevas, todo impecable. Atención de lujo, nos recibió María quien nos ayudó con el check in, ella muy amable y predispuesta.
Me gustó que todo era con códigos que te daba la libertad de entrada y salida. También tiene un estacionamiento muy cómodo. 10/10

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Il posto è pulito, moderno, sicuro e molto curato. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al mare e a tutte le comodità come ristoranti, supermercati e negozi, quindi davvero comodissima.
La piscina sul rooftop è semplicemente meravigliosa, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno.
Il personale è stato sempre super attento, disponibile e professionale.
Ha superato le nostre aspettative, lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Edificio y departamento de lujo con todas las comodidades, ubicado en pleno centro de Playa del Carmen, cerca del mar y cerca de todo restaurantes, tiendas servicios.
El departamento es limpio, tranquilo , seguro, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar.
El personal siempre atento y disponible además nos organizaron el traslado al aeropuerto ida y vuelta y dos tours increíbles, uno a Cozumel y otro a Isla Mujeres ambos perfectamente gestionados.
Totalmente recomendado!

Appart-hotel in posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dal mare e dalla 5ª Avenida, in pieno centro, con tutto a portata di mano tra ristoranti buonissimi ,anche italiani, negozi e supermercati.
L’appartamento è comodissimo, pulito e ben attrezzato, anche domotico, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno. Il rooftop ha una piscina bellissima.
Un grande plus è stata l’organizzazione, tramite la loro agenzia Tour Experience Mexico, di 3 tour incredibili a Isla Mujeres, Xcaret e Holbox. Tutto perfettamente organizzato, esperienza davvero top!

El departamento es tal cual como en las fotos y descripciones , muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación perfecta. El edificio es moderno, seguro y con muy buenas amenidades.
El equipo fue siempre muy atento y respondió rápido a cualquier duda.
Se nota la seriedad y el nivel de servicio. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This property scammed me, so I don't recommend you stay here.
I booked a room with a king size bed, and upon check-in noticed that the bed was a queen, at best. I spoke with the property about this. First, they told me that I'd booked a queen. When I showed them a screenshot showing that I'd booked a king, they then lied and said oh actually it's a king. I pushed the issue, and they later admitted that they have no king size beds on the property. So I said that I would like a refund, since this isn't what I paid for. They have since refused to give me a refund. They have been uncommunicative and dishonest in every conversation. (Booking.com has also been uncommunicative and unhelpful, by the way. Neither party takes responsibility for this.)
So I don't recommend dealing with these kinds of people, even if your booking is correct. They are dishonest.
(It's also worth noting, since booking.com doesn't make this clear, that this property is NOT a hotel. It is more like an airbnb. The "front desk" is just a security guard. For any help related to the room, you need to text somebody on whatsapp. There is no one physically there to help you.)

Very comfortable concept, close to restaurants, beach, restaurants, grocery store, ADO bus terminal.
There is nice roof terrace with panoramic pool, garage underground. Studio is fully equipped, all kind of cutlery, cooking ware, toaster, kettle, coffee machine in the kitchen. Nice balcony (with views inside of property), towels for pool and shower stuff all provided. Customer service/ response fast and effective

Une 2éme fois au même endroit!Son emplacement, un beau condo avec piscine, machine a laver sèche linge, barbecue au rooftop a disposition sur demande, salle de sport, parking, l'appartement en lui même et top, le personnel est très gentil toujours serviable, j'avais un contact whatsapp Melanin, la moindre question ou besoin qu'on avaient, elle répondais!Le canapé lit pour nos enfants etait déjà prêts a notre arrivées!

Le logement est bien situé, une piscine extérieure et un salle de sport sont disponible.
Pas de changement de linges ni des draps durant les deux semaines de notre séjour.
L'emplacement idéal à 8 mn à pied de la 5eme. Rue calme mais à proximité de restaurants, centre commercial et plage. L'appartement parfaitement équipé avec accès à la piscine en rooftop. La place de parking en sous-sol.

Beautiful property with nice finishes and amenities. Quality build. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable. Easy to use AC and TV. I liked that the room had a water filter but I would recommend checking the filter to see if it needs to be changed more often. Water was potable but not great tasting. This is obviously a small complaint. Would have been nice to have a a coffee pouch to use in the coffee maker. Aside from that it was great.
I felt it was overpriced. With taxes it was over 3000 mxn (175 USD). Which, considering time of year - August - and competition in playa seemed a bit much.
De ligging is fantastisch, rustig en zo in het drukke gedeelte. Erg goede airco in het appartement. En ziet er allemaal super uit. Goede douche. En ruim uitgeruste keuken. Lekkere bedden. Je kan ook zo vanuit het appartement naar t strand lopen. Groot zwembad op het dak. Gewoon een heel mooi luxe appartement!

Amazing location close by the beach, but also restaurant(s), bars, a 24/7 open Wallmart. The room felt as if we were living in our own apartment. The swimming pool area is also nicely located on the roof. The parking garage is also easily accessible with an elevator.
I didn't read my direct messages on the booking.com-app, so I had some difficulties to enter the building. Also the person at the desk wasn't a receptionist, but she was a security guard. She couldn't speak English that well , but she did her best to explain that she couldn't just let me into the premises like that. Eventually I understood you need a personal code which was send through a DM on booking.com.
