For stays of 28 days or more, electricity is billed at 6 THB per KW per the unit yard.

Free electric allowances are 40 KW per day for two bedroom units and 20 KW per day for one bedroom units. Excess usage is billed at 6.0 THB per KW/ For stays of 28 days or more electic is billed by the yard at 6 THB per KW.

Longer term stays may require a nonrefundable prepayment by bank transfer.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Das alte Klima Anlagen sehr viel Strom verbraucht haben und ich sehr viel nach Zahlen musste wo es nur paar Stunden an war und das Mann 20 kW am Tag kostenlos ist

Уже на протяжении 10 лет, останавливаюсь, только здесь. Для меня самый лучший отель, хотя это отдельные апартаменты и виллы. Я люблю много пространства и здесь, как нельзя лучше, сочетается все: большие комнаты, большая кухня, и громадная гостиная. Всегда уютно, тихо, рядом море, русский рынок. Для меня все идеально. Администрации отеля, отдельная благодарность, за всегда теплый прием

Comfortable and safe.
Pros:

Excellent quiet location close to everything. Easy access to Pattaya city. And plenty of great restaurants nearby. The pool was great and the rooms were big and comfortable. All kitchen facilities and utensils were great. Comfortably stayed 7 nights.

Air conditioning needs upgrading. They are old and noisy
