SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open, however swimming pool schedule is implemented.
· Open Tuesdays – Sundays from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
· Use of swimming pool is only 2 Hours per day.
· Every Monday Swimming Pool is closed for preventive maintenance.
· Guests are generally required to wear appropriate swimwear. Other clothing not designed for swimming are prohibited.
. Only the staying guests are free access to the swimming pool.
MACTAN NEWTOWN BEACH
· Open Mondays- Sundays from 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM
. The Beach is Exclusively available to Mactan Newtown Residents
. Guests who wanted to visit Mactan Newtown Beach will be charge PHP 350 NETT per person. (This fee will be collected by the beach management)
. Children below 6 years old can enter free of charge.
. Parking is Available at the Mactan Newtown Transition Area on a first-come, first-serve basis, free of charge.
· Strictly no bringing of outside food and drinks inside of MNT beach.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Zwembad en ook omgeving
3 jaar geleden hier ook geweest en hadden we eerst ook slecht verzorgde condo.
Deze nu nog slechter staat van onderhoud en kakkerlaken water heater wat steeds uitviel dan weer geen internet kastjes die niet dicht gaan in keuken al met al hele slechte staatd

We hadden met een groep 3 kamers gepakt voor 5 nachten ofwel werkte het kookvuur niet goed ofwel zaten er kakkerlakken binnen achter een bed in de vloer stond een deksel beetje open van een soort ventilatie er was geen stop voor in het bad te gaan het zwembad was zeer ruw buiten krijg je pijn van aan je voeten als je er teveel ingaat

Our agent was extremely unprofessional and clearly did not know how to properly handle or assist customers. There was no concern or consideration for our situation.
We had already fully paid PHP 77,000.00 for a 7-day stay, but when we arrived, we found that the room was extremely dirty and not in a condition suitable for us to stay in. We did not agree to stay in such an unacceptable room because we did not believe it was worth the PHP 77,000.00 we had paid.
Because of the poor condition of the room, I requested to cancel the booking. However, we were told that the booking was non-refundable and that they could not cancel it.
What was even more disappointing was the way the staff spoke to us. They told us that they had nothing to do with our concern because we did not book as walk-in customers and had made the reservation online. Their attitude was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of trying to help us find a solution, the staff spoke to us in a very aggressive and intimidating manner and even raised their voice at us.
As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect and to receive a clean and acceptable room. We paid a significant amount of money for this stay, and we believe that the condition of the room and the way our complaint was handled were completely unacceptable.
We are requesting that this matter be properly investigated and that we receive an appropriate resolution and refund for the service that we were unable to use.

There were bugs on our bed. I called the reception and asked for a new room because I’m not sleeping on a bed that has bugs on it + we have our 3
month old sharing the same bed. The new room was on the second building far away from the rest of our family. The sheets were dirty too. Didn’t even upgrade our room or do something for the inconvenience. So disappointed. I’m NEVER staying here again. Look at the pics below for evidence.

It was idea at the time for my purpose.
Beach is too far from the facility, and the pool was not available due only to volcanic ash of the day
Difficult to find as not clearing marked on the outside and even our airport driver was having difficulty
Its good, but not really clean what we expect, and theres no also water drainage at the toilet and also not really clean the toilet, but the bed its really soft and comportable to laydown!
