Приятный отель,вкусная еда на завтрак и ужин(большой выбор), прекрасный СПА. У меня большие проблемы со сном, но там, на удивление, спала замечательно, отличные матрасы. От отеля до городка ходит бесплатный автобусик. Персонал на ресепшн очень внимательный, компетентный, дружелюбный.

Отличный отель! Расположен в красивом тихом месте. Похоже, что отель недавно отремонтирован. Всё чистое, новое. Большой выбор блюд на завтрак и ужин. Пополнение постоянное. Бассейн на улице и внутри. В день отъезда можно пользоваться и после сдачи номера. Хороший велнесс, но надо записаться заранее (можно и по интернету). Качество массажа отличное.

Nevrátíme se, byli jsme okradeni.
Pros:

Bazény a teplá voda OK, ručníky denně vyměněné. Okolí OK.

Cons:

Pokoj malý a úzká postel. Pozor na e-maily vám pošlou zloději o zaplacení dopředu a peníze neuvidíte. Na tento hotel si nikdy nebudeme vracet, je to nebezpečné....

Relax alle terme Ptuj
Pros:

Camera spaziosa con frigo e aria condizionata funzionanti alla perfezione, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, letti comodi, bagno grande e terrazza carina con tavolo e sedie. L'hotel dispone di un centro wellness con saune, lettini e piscine con idromassaggi, docce e una piscina riscaldata esterna. Nei mesi estivi si può usufruire del parco acquatico di fronte alla struttura che è grande (scivoli, idromassaggi, piscine, trampolini, piscina con onde, bar e piscina bambini) e tenuto molto bene. Il personale è cortese e sorridente. Avevamo optato per la mezza pensione: sia cena che colazione a buffet di buona qualità e con tantissima scelta di diversi cibi per tutti i gusti. La cosa che ci ha più stupito però è il colore azzurrissimo delle piscine: tutte e dico tutte sia esterne che interne sono pulitissime, non solo si vede il fondo ma l'acqua è davvero cristallina! Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva!

Alla reception solo una signora parlava l'italiano; siamo state in estate proprio per usufruire del parco acquatico esterno ma in tante piscine l'acqua era fredda e non trovo giusto che in un weekend di giugno (quindi in piena stagione) gli scivoli vengano aperti a momenti alterni per mancanza di personale (me l'ha detto un bagnino dentro al parco dopo che io ho chiesto spiegazioni) e che quasi tutti gli scivoli siano rivolti a due persone (poca scelta di scivoli per singoli), scivoli kamikaze mai aperti in due giorni!! La parte interna del parco acquatico è abbastanza antica e sarebbe da rimodernizzare (mosaico saltato nelle piscine, sdraio arrugginite). Se proprio devo trovare una nota non positiva nella camera posso dire che la doccia non era molto intuitiva (c'abbiamo messo mezz'ora per capire come funzionasse) e che sulla balaustra del balcone c'erano deiezioni di volatili.
