Excellent stay - highly recommended!

​Our stay at Jad Hotel Suites was incredibly comfortable; we truly felt right at home. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

​One evening around 10:00 PM, we had a minor issue with the TV, and the team provided assistance within just five minutes! The room was very spacious, and we really appreciated the free underground parking garage provided by the hotel.

​The location is very reasonable and close to everything we needed during our trip. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Amman!

Location staff pleasant

Cons:

Was only two plug sockets in the room that actually worked hence why microwave wouldnt work or kettle. No saucepan in kitchen very limited facilities to cook in fact nothing.

Pros:

This is not a 4 stars hotel, not even one star, the TV doesn't work, the bathroom dirty may cause disease.The reception is sleeping and didn't answer questions, and I remind him 5 times to make the TV and every time he said just five minutes and it took two days that they come and couldn't fix it . They said the receiver is very old and the owner doesn't want to change it. At the end I found only one person from the staff that talk polity ( Hind Issa) and she tried to improve this unbelievable situation. I don't suggest it to any one, the location is bad, the reception is rude, the place is not clean.I wast my money for nothing it is very expensive comparing to the services.The Massage is not Massage, it is ......

We experienced an unfortunate incident at this hotel that required us to be transported by ambulance to the hospital aft
Pros:

The entire staff is amazing. They are always trying to do their best to feel home. Big shout out to Mrs Hind and Mr Nabel

Cons:

noise at night coming from the street. We couldn’t sleep well.
No insurance coverage in case of accident in the hotel.
