Cons:

Difficult to find. Not on street frontage. Had to spend 2 visits (took an hour) to street address. Then find wifi to send a message for more specific directions.

Pros:

The location was fab, for what we needed

Cons:

parking is poor, we arrived very late and there was no tea coffee or milk(little disappointing) place is need of redecoration and a good clean, all handles and switches were dirty and bifold door to lounge not working properly(hinge loose) the property is ok if only one family staying but if the 2nd room is booked a communal lounge kitchen and bathroom is not ideal, it was also freezing as storage / electric heaters hadn't been pre timed and took some time to warm the rooms up

Cons:

Probably someone smoked in the room before and was a weird smell for me. unfortunatelly also the windows were locked so I was not able to get some fresh air in.

Great Value, Great Host Great Value for Money
Pros:

Great value for money and location, nice little touches such as a bowl of fruit and water on my arrival.....very comfy bed!
