Important information:

Please note that the credit card that was used during the reservation process has to be shown upon check in. If the owner of the card is not traveling with, he/she should sign an authorization form.

Guests are kindly requested to note that check in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Sunday.

Express-check in (key pickup from a safe) is available from 18:00-24:00. You will receive the check in instructions that contain the codes to access the building and your keys. Including the contact information of our residence manager.

A maximum number of 2 pets are welcome per room for a small surcharge.

For stays between 30/12 and 02/01, a deposit of €150 per room is required. This deposit must be paid in advance to guarantee the booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

das Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, Klimaanlage defekt, viel zu warm im Zimmer, Schimmel im Bad, Zimmertür ging schlecht auf und zu, sehr viel Farbe abgeplatzt an Fenster und Türen.

Pésimo. No aconsejable. Muy sucio. Con hormigas y arañas a nuestro alrededor.

Del alojamiento nada, lo único que se salva era que el parking era gratis y tenía un poste de recarga para coches eléctricos

Cons:

Muy muy sucio. De hecho, pedimos cambio de habitación ya que la que nos dieron estaba la cama usada y sucia. En la nueva habitación, salvo la cama que si estaba limpia, estaba llena de hormigas y arañas, y la papelera usada, sucia y sin recoger. Y para colmo, aunque había aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, los tenían todos fuera de servicio. El water sucio, las tazas sucias, en fin, un auténtico despropósito. Muy mal, vamos a reclamar formalmente lo injusto de los comentarios del alojamiento respecto a lo que realmente ofrecían. Y los alrededores de la habitación todos los cubos llenos de basura sin recoger.

Free parking and a fridge in the room.

Cons:

This property needs a serious renovation. The rooms were not clean. The floor was sticky. The beds were okay. The price was too high for the rooms. Cigaret buds were left outside the room; they were not cleaned. AC was not working. I would not recommend this place for a family. It was a last-minute booking for me; not many places were available in Bruges.

Great stop over for motorcycle tour!

Aircon unit was broken in the room but a fan was provided which was really good!
