Important information:

Please note that the credit card that was used during the reservation process has to be shown upon check in. If the owner of the card is not traveling with, he/she should sign an authorization form.

Guests are kindly requested to note that check in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Sunday.

Express-check in (key pickup from a safe) is available from 18:00-24:00. You will receive the check in instructions that contain the codes to access the building and your keys. Including the contact information of our residence manager.

A maximum number of 2 pets are welcome per room for a small surcharge.

For stays between 30/12 and 02/01, a deposit of €150 per room is required. This deposit must be paid in advance to guarantee the booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Comfy bed but dirty and with security issues

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Had issues with the payment, was really dirty over the closet and in the table, couldn't close the windows which let a lot of cold air and noise inside during the night, the bathroom wasn't really clean either, and there were some socks left from someone in the closet, when it rains its really slippery outside which is a safety issue since one of us sliped

Fortunatamente dovevamo restare una sola notte.
Pros:

avevamo chiesto e pagato la colazione, ma siamo stati informati che non potevano darcela per motivi organizzativi. Stiamo aspettando il rimborso.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento non funzionava. Struttura piuttosto fatiscente. Pulizia non soddisfacente.

Cons:

Ho il ricordo di una struttura comoda ed economica di tanti tanti anni fa! in una posizione comoda tipica dei Campanile. Invece ho trovato una struttura abbondonata gestita in modo da poter trarre ancora del profitto fino all'ultimo cliente ingannato! Mi stupisce che la città di Brugges consenta a persone con pochi scrupoli di sfruttare il suo prestigio.

Ok for one night but disappointed that given a double rather than the twin room that was booked and it was a bit shabby.

Powerful hot shower.

Cons:

Given a double room rather than the twin I booked.
Room cold as window had been left open , presumably to try to clear cigarette smoke smell (unsuccessfully) even though I had booked a non smoking room.
Heater did not work.
No plug in bath so could only use shower.
Towels very old - one threadbare with holes.
Key left for us in safe, to which we had been given a code. Not that secure as keys also left in there for other late arrivals.

Pros:

Avons apprécié le couchage, la proximité de Bruges et d'avoir été logées au rez-de-chaussée, le parking "précieux" ou nous avons pu laisser notre voiture pour prendre le bus.

Pas grand-chose on a pas dormi sur les lieux.

Wer einen Kostenlosen Parkplatz und nicht so pingelig ist in der Unterkunft gut aufgehoben.

Kostenloser Parkplatz war das einzigste was ich der Unterkunft als Positiv bewerten kann.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgewohnt. Es war nicht sehr Sauber überall Staub und Haare von den vor Bewohnern.

Good value for money, perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Easy to find with free parking and everything you need nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy and had a good size and comfortable beds.

Cons:

The rooms look a bit dated and could do with some touching up. There is a noisy street nearby, which was not a problem for us, but I mention it here for people who are sensitive to traffic noice.
