Amazing!!
Pros:

Host was super nice. They prepared our room at noon, so we didn’t need to wait 4pm. Lockers are digital, there is a free parking space in front of the villa. We liked location because we had a car. House is really beautiful! Kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge that you can use. Rooms are spacious, bathroom inside the room as well. We really liked it!

Cons:

Terrace has a key but it was never locked, like it is not working properly. Since we had a direct access from room to that shared terrace/balcony, we would appreciate next time that we can lock it. But anyway we felt safe.

Pros:

Wonderful house with a lovely garden, our room had a spacious bathroom and direct door to the yard. Even in mid-August we didn’t need airconditioning, it was very pleasant to stay there.

Séjour en Sardaigne
Pros:

Grande maison au style Sarde, grands volumes pour les chambres et les communs.

Cons:

Absence de place de parking, c'est une impasse où il faut chercher pour trouver à se garer.

Présence de nombreux chiens dans le voisinage qui aboient sans discontinuer et sans raison particulière. Surtout la nuit.

Habitation partagée. Il y a 4 chambres, une cuisine commune et un grand salon commun.

Les quatre chambres peuvent être louées par des voyageurs différents. Vous partagerez donc l'habitation avec des inconnus.

Vous êtes chez l'habitant l'hôte habite également dans la maison. (Utile si il y a un problème)

La cuisine, vous ne pouvez utiliser que le micro-ondes le réfrigérateur et la cafetière impossible de se faire la cuisine : un plat de pâtes par exemple. D'anciennes denrées pourries sont encore en place dans le réfrigérateur appartenant à d'anciens voyageurs.

Absence de pression d'eau.

Les salles de bain sont humides.

Équipement vétuste. Les ampoules grillent une à une.

Le seul point positif c'est que la climatisation est efficace lorsqu'elle n'est pas éteinte par l'hôte.

Pros:

Molto bella la villa ed il giardino

Cons:

La villa è molto bella, soprattutto il giardino, che è davvero curato e piacevole. Tuttavia, l'ambiente dà più l'impressione di un museo che di una struttura accogliente, e manca quel calore che fa sentire gli ospiti a casa.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo notato alcune piccole mancanze: in bagno non c'era il portarotolo della carta igienica ed era presente un solo rotolo; mancava anche il terzo asciugamano. La tenda della doccia, inoltre, rovina un po' l'estetica di un bagno altrimenti molto bello. All'esterno, lo stendino era sprovvisto di mollette.

La cucina era a disposizione per utilizzare il frigorifero e la macchina del caffè, ma non erano presenti capsule o altri accessori, o quantomeno non erano facilmente visibili. Anche il sapone in bagno era solo un piccolo campioncino, sufficiente appena per una persona.

Sono dettagli che magari non sono obbligatori, ma sono proprio queste piccole attenzioni a rendere il soggiorno più piacevole e a fare la differenza nell'esperienza degli ospiti.

Infine, il posto è molto tranquillo e rilassante, ma è piuttosto decentrato: il porto di Olbia non è vicino e, senza un'auto, gli spostamenti risultano poco comodi.

Pros:

Room was clean. Wifi connection was pretty good.
Beautiful house with a nice garden.

Cons:

Our room was humid and every time we entered we had to let the windows open for a while. The A/C smelled a little funny.
When we called for an issue they didn't respond immediately-which can happen I guess
