Not all that shimmers is gold.
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente per visitare la città pur resstando lontani dalla ressa.

Cons:

La camera era piccola, buia, afosa, e affacciata sul passaggio della clientela. Questo ci ha obbligati a lasciare costantemente le ante chiuse e le luci accese con conseguente effetto claustrofobico. Il bagno necessitava di doti contorsionistiche per entrare in doccia o sedersi sul WC. Per quanto riguarda il bar, i cocktails, per costare 9 euro, dovrebbero essere fatti da barmen/women capaci.
Il prezzo del parcheggio andrebbe specificato nei dettagli al momento della prenotazione.
Con i prezzi che l'albergo ha ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più che la semplice, ottima posizione.

Emplacement exceptionnel.
Piscine et SPA très agréables

Cons:

Propreté des canapés et coussins de la terrasse tachés par endroit.
Paiement du parking que je pensais inclus dans le prix global de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner : fruits et viennoiseries manquaient de fraîcheur.

A wonderful, too-brief (1 night) stay - enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool, walked to dinner in the fortified medieval
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, room, pool, lounge, at the foot of spectacular Carcassonne. Very attentive staff, with magical views of the fortified city.

Cons:

Lack of air. Conditioning in the reception area. The staff was lovely at reception but they were clearly suffering from the heat - and it was very uncomfortable for us as we checked in. We missed the entrance due to GPS instructions - it wasn’t well marked.

Cons:

Le personnel manque malheureusement de professionnalisme. L’attente au bar est extrêmement longue et le service manque clairement d’initiative : il faut constamment interpeller le personnel, qui ne vient pas spontanément vers les clients pour prendre les commandes ou s’assurer que tout se passe bien.

L’hôtel est agréable et familial, mais les prestations et la qualité du service ne correspondent, selon moi, pas au niveau attendu d’un établissement 4 étoiles

大変満足です。
Pros:

事前の連絡でお願いしていた通り、城塞都市カルカソンヌの城壁を臨む部屋を割り当てていただき、大変ラッキーでした。希望通り窓からの眺めは最高で、夜景も素晴らしかった。ストランもまずまずでした。

Cons:

ホテル名にスパをうたっているものの、ホテル敷地内にはスパというほどのものはなく、プールサイドに子供用かと思うようなジャクージがあっただけで、しかも落ち葉が浮かんだ最高にシャビーなものだったのはがっかりでした。

Beautiful setting and a friendly team.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Welcoming friendly team and amazing view of the chateau, which is literally over the road.
Clean comfortable rooms, with a very good shower.
Pretty bar where breakfast is also served. Bar is open 24 hours as is reception.

Cons:

Couple of little things. The intercom at the pool doesn't work, so you have to walk around to the bar.
Breakfast could be better. Would have liked to see a buffet, so you can chose your own food. We saw a lot of tables with bread and pastries that were not eaten. I understand giving everyone the same, but I only ever want a little. Not a real gripe, but don't like to see waste.
