Cons:

It was not clean, the room was full of insects. No hot water supply and kettle was also not cleaned after previous guest used. I had to check out one day before my actual check out date.

Hardly I stayed for hours and I checked out at night and post departure at late night I’m getting call from hotel that pillow cover is missing from room and I told them very clearly that moment I checked in, pillow cover was already missing but just because I’m was staying for hours so I didn’t bothered about it. Staff is mentioning to me that I have to pay for pillow cover charge or else hotel will debit from his salary.

This is the worst experience I had and I’m never gonna come back.

Worst Hotel of Sarjapur

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. There was no drinking water facility, no hangers in the room, no TV, and the bathroom condition was extremely poor. No bath soap, Overall, this hotel is not at all suitable for a family stay.
Additionally, the reception staff mentioned that police visit the hotel almost every day for guest enquiries, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Bad Bad Bad. Never ever book this property in any scenario. Not recommended at all!

We booked the Suite in this property for 3 nights and had to book urgently on last day as we wanted to stay on sarjapur road. Its location is nice but this property is 1 star poperty. There were cockroaches in the rooms. When we reported they didnt do any spray. Bathroom was like a gutter. It was leaking and smelling like a public toilet. Although they offer to change the room but every room has one or the problem. Mold and seepage across multiple rooms. It is cost efficient but never compromise with your hygiene. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Cons:

The room was infested with cockroaches. There were atleast 10 small and big cockroaches roaming all over the floor. There was a big one on the bed and a big one on the table. The flooring is extremely poor and completely worn out.
The bathroom is very badly mantained with no shower

Non existent and disappointing
Pros:

The staff were not able to find my booking so I didn’t end up staying at the hotel

Cons:

The staff were asleep when I arrived ( it was in the middle of the night) and couldn’t find my booking. I tried to tell them it was through booking . Com and showed them my confirmation number but then couldn’t find me and were unable to accommodate me.
