509 Accommodation

Como única sugerencia, quizá sería bueno revisar la ducha de teléfono, ya que el agua salía con muy poca presión. Seguramente con un poco de mantenimiento quedaría perfecta. Es solo un pequeño detalle, porque en general disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

The flat doesn’t quite match the photos on Booking.com: it’s situated in the courtyard of a laundrette, the bathroom walls are peeling (not as showed!), there’s no lock on the room door (they give you a simple padlock), the doors have gaps at the top and bottom through which insects and mosquitos can get into the room, and the shower pressure is very low, making it difficult to have a shower at the end of the day. Once shower issue was fixed, there was a similar issue with the wc.
The bed sheets were burnt.
There’s also no mention that the flat consists of a windowless bedroom and an outdoor bathroom whose window is always open (they talk about outdoor furniture only!).
Due to the incovenience of the shower, the host proposed one night in an another hotel or a refund of 30% out of total price: I opted for the second one, but unfortunately I've never seen the refund 😅!

We could have got past it all, but not at that price!
Definitely it's not worth the price paid!!

La situacion del baño y regadera es solo para ti porque el cuarto de al lado tiene su baño y regadera adentro, sin embargo si esos inquilinos salen de su habitacion si pueden ver que te salgas de bañar o del baño, aunque esta a una distancia de menos de un metro yo recomiendo que haya un area dentro de la regadera minimo para colgar la toalla y pode salir con ella, tambien si se tiene una situacion asi, lo mejor seria tener toallas muy grandes y no standar para que el que salga de bañar salga bien tapado, pero fue solo eso, cosas que pienso que se pueden arreglar

The photos didn’t really match up to the one I had booked. There was no window in the bedroom so very dark and there was a damp issue throughout the bedroom and bathroom.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the bedding. Upon arrival, I found residue, hair, and dirt which left them feeling gritty and unclean, and made me uncomfortable using the bed. I took photos of the issues and shared them with the owner. As a result, I was unable to rest or sleep properly on my first night, defeating the primary purpose of the accommodation.
The property offered me a different room, but the bedding there appeared to have similar cleanliness issues. I also noticed what looked like cat hair on the sheets, which was especially concerning because I have a cat allergy. I was told the sheets could be changed the following day, but guests paying for accommodation should not have to wait an entire night for clean bedding. When the bedding was eventually changed, the bed cover underneath the fitted sheet was still visibly dirty, so I did not feel confident that all of the linens had been cleaned or replaced to an acceptable standard.
I was also disappointed by the owner's response, which suggested that I had "high expectations for the price," as though expecting clean bedding was unreasonable. Regardless of the price of an accommodation, I believe every guest should be able to expect clean sheets and bedding.
Because I was unable to comfortably use the bed or get adequate rest, I could not continue my stay and had to find alternative accommodations for the remainder of my reservation. While I appreciated the offer to change rooms, the cleanliness issues were never fully resolved, and they significantly impacted my stay.

In the pictures the courtyard looks more appealing.

El baño estaba en la parte de afuera lo cual es muy incomodo, no hay mucha iluminación, cuando hicimos la reserva esperábamos el cuarto que aparecía en imágenes pero no fue así
