It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

It was modern and cute. Loved the garden in the afternoon sunshine. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Amazing location and super clean property
Pros:

Location was amazing. Literally in the shadow of the castle-few minutes walk to grass market and the upper end of the royal mile. Property was very clean!

Cons:

No parking included. The NCP car park is across the street - convenient enough - but you will pay through the nose to park there

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this property, especially to guests who value comfort and good customer service.

* If you are sensitive to noise, avoid staying here. If you are sleeping on the sofa bed, every footstep can be heard, making it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
* The sofa bed is exceptionally uncomfortable and is not suitable for an enjoyable stay.
* The room had a noticeable dusty smell, particularly in the living room, which made the environment feel unclean.
* Housekeeping was disappointing. We had to call, and despite cleaning the room, rubbish bags were left outside our door for days instead of being removed promptly.
* The concierge service was very slow. If you need assistance or expect timely responses, you are likely to be disappointed, as it can take a long time to receive a reply.
* Basic information that guests need, such as the Wi-Fi password and clear instructions for the apartment and its facilities, should be provided in the room. Having to contact staff for essential information is inconvenient and unnecessary.

Overall, the property did not meet the standard we expected. Better housekeeping, clearer communication, faster customer service, and greater attention to guest comfort are all needed to improve the overall experience.

Pros:

The place was spacious, clean, private, and well equipped. It was a bonus to have two bathrooms, one each for the bedrooms. The view through the downstairs windows was of the greenery in the garden, which was both peaceful and pleasing.

Cons:

One of the bedrooms was a bit too close to the thump of a nearby door opening and closing. I would have appreciated a small bit of laundry soap in addition to the other supplies provided.

Overall great location, but a lot of inconveniences, definitely don’t book for 3-4 people and it’s terrible value

The location was good, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Cons:

The sofa (which was also the second bed) was awful, it was made of extremely weak wooden planks which bent with the slightest pressure and we were worried the whole time that they would snap, and some elasticated straps, making the bed and sofa really uncomfortable and also potentially dangerous, so we had to take the mattress of the sofa and sleep on the floor which obviously was uncomfortable in a different way, the mattress itself was uncomfortable. I know this sounds like nitpicking but when you are travelling as a family a good nights sleep is the most important thing to ensure you can enjoy the beautiful city (and country) in the day. Along with that the apartment didn’t have AC, and while most of the year in Edinburgh you would need heating, in the summers not having any source of ventilation really made it uncomfortable. A smaller complaint is that a lot of the lamps didn’t work.

Perfect 🤩
Pros:

This is a lovely clean, comfortable accommodation in central Edinburgh. It has everything you need including a comfortable bed and hot shower . Liked the personal touches including milk and iron bru on arrival

Would be great to have outdoor garden access

Perfect for a couple
