It is perfect view, nice atmosfere.

Cons:

It is far away up to the hill. Free hotel shuttle is mandatory. You can not just walk around Sorento. It takes 20 minutes one way.

Het uitzicht, goede douche en bedden en eigen terras met ligbedden. Shuttlebus naar Sorrento goed geregeld en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Quiet location away from the noise and hustle of Sorrento. The shuttle was very handy.
Pros:

The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the bay of Naples. We loved sitting out on our sundeck. The buffet breakfast was the best we had in Italy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was a nice place to relax and take a break.

Pros:

A localização é o ponto alto do hotel, com vista fabulosa para o Vesúvio.
Os funcionários do restaurante são espetaculares, com destaque para o Tony, que é um super profissional. Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e solícitos.
Recebi um upgrade de quarto, com uma vista muito melhor.
Os pratos do restaurante são deliciosos e por isso eu jantei lá quase todas as noites.
O estacionamento é muito cômodo e com excelente vista.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixa a desejar e não está compatível com o padrão do hotel. Os bolos são secos e com sabor muito industrializado. Os sucos são muito ruins. Os produtos, em geral, não são frescos e não são saborosos.
A cama não estava tão confortável. Achei o colchão um pouco duro.

Great hotel not for me though , loved Sorento would

It’s a beautiful hotel. The views are exceptional. Shuttle bus brilliant every hour to and from Sorento centre. Great pool.

Cons:

The breakfast was either mildly warm
Or cold. Pity as it wouldn’t take much to keep it warm. No kettles in the room thank goodness we took our own.
There was a Tax fee at the end of our stay that was a bit of a surprise…
The chairs on the balconies were a very little made of cold metal and so uncomfortable..
We were bed and breakfast but was given a menu for optional lunch or dinner.
That didn’t happen €19 Euros just for a starter come on…… didn’t even bother looking any further. Again it’s a pity as I think it’s not that grand a hotel to be charging those prices.

Absolutely no tissue paper in bedrooms and all bathrooms throughout hotel

The staff could and should lay the tables for breakfast Intead of guests picking up the cutlery from ugly containers near the food

Pequena crítica, quando estávamos saindo, depois do check-out feito, perguntei se nossas malas podiam ficar no lobby, enquanto esperávamos o transporte, senti uma certa indisposição, reticências, o que me causou tremendo espanto, visto à qualidade do atendimento anterior prestado.
