The evening driver from the shutter was amazing.

Cons:

The service, particularly at breakfast, was disappointing. On the second day, we were approached by one of the staff members, a shorter male employee, who demanded our room number in a manner that made us feel as though we had come in from outside rather than being guests of the hotel. I completely understand the importance of confirming room numbers, but the way it was handled felt unwelcoming and could have been much more courteous.

Additionally, there were not even complimentary water bottles provided in our room. We had to go to the bar just to purchase bottled water. For a hotel stay, especially considering the level of service expected, these small details made the overall experience feel less welcoming.

Location was beautiful. Overlooking the bay, the hotel shuttle bus into town was an added bonus & a must.
Breakfast was perfectly adequate to start the day.
The pool was lovely & clean with plenty of beds especially on the upper sun terrace.
Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels
All the staff were super friendly & helpful

Having some tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But we knew this before we went

A lovely hotel to relax, unwind, enjoy a few drinks by the pool and totally chill.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and view were breathtaking! The shuttle bus was a lifesaver and free! Great pool and facilities. Just the perfect hotel for a family of four adults!

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders der lustige Kellner, dessen Namen ich leider nicht weiß.
Shuttle Bus in die Stadt direkt vor dem Hotel. So konnte man Sorrent ohne mühsame Parkplatzsuche besuchen.

The view was absolutely beautiful both day and night. View of Vesuvius beautiful. Shuttle bus down to Sorrento was brilliant. Would love to go back again 🥰
