Hygiene wasn’t up there but location was good. I wouldn’t have been able to stay more than one day

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean, I could smell toilet and the towels smelt bad. There were marks on the walls in the rooms. It’s wasn’t clean at all

Our favourite Tokyo hotel
Pros:

Our second time at this excellent hotel. Great location in Shinjuku - close to the train station but on a quieter back street, surrounded by great places to eat. The rooms are so large compared to other Tokyo hotels. Staff are helpful and lovely.

地點方便，以市區來說房間算寬敞舒適，還會想再來
Pros:

住宿地點很方便，算是鄰近熱鬧的地方，但又在安靜的小巷弄內，非常理想的位置！走路就可以去逛街、買藥妝、吃有名拉麵，附近有鴨to蔥、阿夫利辛紅、一蘭，都是走路可抵達。實際房間比照片看起來大，住起來舒服，櫃台人員也非常親切，退房當天可以寄放行李。

Cons:

隔音好像不是很好，會聽到鄰近房間的聲音，不過住宿地點本身是在安靜的小巷弄，不用擔心週邊店家營業的吵鬧聲。
其餘優點太多了，基本上沒有什麼不滿意的，很推薦。

Not the place for light sleepers. And don’t assume a superior room means a better room.
Pros:

The room had everything you would need for a stay. The water pressure, water temp and air conditioning were great. Had a fridge and microwave and all you would need to cook.

Cons:

Reserved a superior room #103 thinking this would be on an upper floor. It was on the first floor. Did not sleep due to the noise from the unit above. Believe it was where the staff stayed. Loud footsteps, furniture be dragged at all hours. The last straw was constant noise from midnight to 1 am when we finally confronted the reason for the noise. Staff was cleaning at MIDNIGHT!!! Staff did stop once we complained. However only for 6 hours and then the noise started up again. Don’t recommend this place. Room #103 has a window that opens to a trash bin. Also, has an early checkout time of 10 am and will charge per hour for a later checkout. Definitely not the place for a light sleeper!!

Polecam - świetna lokalizacja (15 min do metra), przestronne pokoje i dobry standard.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja! Przestronny pokój - dało się rozłożyć 2 duże walizki. Pokój miał wszystko co potrzebne.

Cons:

Było słychać hałas od ulicy, ale nie było to na tyle uciążliwe żeby stanowiło to problem.

Great location, close to the action but away from the craziness.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was lovely and clean, fantastic to have washing machine/ dryer.

Cons:

The fridge made some noises and we had some issues with the toilet. No deal breakers. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were more spacious than expected, the TV has Netflix and other streaming services available. The water pressure in the bathroom was great as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Parfait !
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, proche de la station de métro Shinjuku.
Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse pour Tokyo. Propre, personnel aimable !
Possibilité de laisser les valises dans le hall d’accueil pour quelques heures si besoin, le jour du départ.
