Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño con unas vistas hermosas en un cerro increíble y con un personal maravilloso. Hasta nos prestaron efectivo que no teníamos, para que podamos tomar el.ascensor típico. El cuarto super cómodo, el desayuno es super completo, tienen un restaurante que es muy bueno y muy buena relación calidad precio. Ojalá pueda volver pronto.Lo recomiendo mucho.

Desde la llegada la atención es excelente, recepción , atención de garzonas, todos excelentes, muy empáticos. Ubicación
Pros:

Muy bueno el hotel, limpio, ordenado, vista espectacular.
Baño y ducha excelente, cama muy cómoda.
La atención excelente.

Cons:

Faltó algo poco, jabón en el lavamanos. Que no lo solicité x el tiempo de estadía que era solo una noche y ocupé el de la ducha.

Buena estadía en excelente ubicación

La ubicación y el estilo. Habitaciones cómodas. Limpi.
Cuenta con un restaurante y una terraza con linda vista

Cons:

No es que no me gustó.
El lugar de desayuno, es pequeño, lo que obliga a utilizar la terraza y tanto si pudiste desayunar adentro como afuera; se pasa un poco de frio

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

- sehr saubere und helle Zimmer, die einen wohlfühlenden Charakter hatten
- alles im Zimmer (einschließlich WLAN) hat funktioniert
- Schöne Terrasse mit einem Ausblick auf den Pazifik
- bemühtes Personal
- ruhige und schöne Lage
- Unterkunft ist definitiv zu empfehlen

Cons:

- es gab leider kein Frühstücksbuffet, dafür ein Frühstücksgericht, bei dem man die Wahl zwischen zwei verschiedenen Gerichten hatte (diese haben sehr gut geschmeckt!)
- Drumherum gibt es nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nicht so viel Läden, in denen man sich noch verpflegen kann
- wenn man zu Fuß zur Unterkunft geht, muss man einige Höhenmeter machen

Ótimo hotel para conhecer Valparaiso
Pros:

A vista do hotel e do quarto escolhido é incrível!! O quarto é grande, agua e café disponiveis à vontade. Tem ar condicionado que tambem é aquecedor. Além disso, a equipe de atendimento é incrível e guardaram nossas mochilas durante o dia enquanto estávamos passando por Valparaiso. E claro, a localização para conhecer o bairro é perfeita!

Cons:

A parede e porta de vidro do banheiro foram a pior parte, zero privacidade. Também tivemos dificuldade para dormir pelo barulho de festa na região e acordamos muito cedo por barulho dos navios. Vale a pena investir em janelas antiruidos.
