Sweett La Gran Via gerçekten konumu, temizliği ve düzen tertibi ile harikaydı.
Pros:

Konum harikaydı, çoğu yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Bina ve daireye giriş çok pratikti. Dairenin düzen ve temizliğini gayet iyi bulduğumuzu söyleyebilirim. Hava alanından binaya ve binadan havaalanına ulaşmak çok kolay oldu, hava alanından aerobus ile gelirken indiğimiz durak ve hava alanına aerobus ile giderken bindiğimiz durak yürüme çok kısa mesafedeydi, ayrıca hemen 100 mt. mesafede Urgell (L1 kırmızı hat) metro istasyonu bulunmaktaydı.

Cons:

Kaldığımız süre içinde sevmediğimiz hiçbir şey ile karşılaşmadık.

Posizione dell' appartamento ottima, pulito, arredamento accogliente, disponibilità di più supermercati nelle vicinanze, vasta scelta di posti dove mangiare o fare colazione, il personale super gentile e disponibile, insuperabile il servizio di deposito dei bagagli prima di fare il check in e anche dopo aver fatto il check out.

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht den zugesicherten Bedingungen, da die beworbene Klimaanlage während des Aufenthalts nicht funktionierte. Trotz Meldung des Problems konnte keine rechtzeitige Reparatur durchgeführt werden und als einzige Alternative wurden Ventilatoren angeboten, die keinen angemessenen Ersatz darstellten. Die Unterkunft zeigte sich zudem nicht hilfsbereit und bot keine Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer geeigneten Lösung oder alternativen Unterkunft an.
Die fehlende Klimaanlage stellte eine wesentliche Abweichung von der Beschreibung dar.

Gostei das camas. Espaço grande, ar condicionado.

Cons:

Não ter box no banheiro, limpeza não estava muito boa. Microondas estava sujo , achei que teria lava e seca. E o elevador que o pessoal não fecha a porta e não funciona .
Vi muita gente tbm saindo e deixando a porta da rua aberta.

In generale siamo stati bene.L'appartamento è bello e curato e il personale gentile. Lo consiglierei

Appartamento grande e luminoso. Posizione molto comoda per prendere la metro. Servizi (supermercati) molto comodi)

Cons:

La disposizione delle stanze. Cucina lontana dal tavolo da pranzo. Dalla cucina dovevo passare davanti al bagno e alla seconda camera per mettere i piatti in tavola. Rigidità su possibilità di anticipare il check in & check out.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, με βασικό πλεονέκτημα τη στάση του μετρό που βρίσκεται ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρισμα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!»

A fost o singura baie pentru 4 persoane, iar apa caldă nu am avut. De asemenea, nici liftul "antic " nu a funcționat. Bagajele a trebuit să le lăsăm la o altă locație, la cca două străzi distanță. In concluzie, după această experiență, voi căuta cazare doar la hotel . Cazarea la ora 16;00, iar decazarea la ora 11:00. Nu recomand.
