Frühstück sehr gut und lecker 😋
Das Appartement im Nebengebäude hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Bett bequem, viel Platz, neue Renoviert , schönes großes Badezimmer, große Dusche, Küche gut ausgestattet. Einfach nur toll

Meckern auf hohen Niveau
Mir persönlich fehlten Hacken im Badezimmer um die rHandtücher und Toilettenpapier aufzuhängen
Ein Zahnputzbecher wäre auch gut um wenigstens die Zahnbürste rein zu stellen aber das sind Kleinigkeiten

Horrible hotel! This isn't even a hotel, it's illegal apartments! They didn't explain any rules, and then demanded 2,000 Czech crowns for slamming the door shut while we were still holding our money, passports, and personal belongings! They refused our offer to call the police and sort things out, opened the door for free, and the next day they demanded another bill for 2,500 Czech crowns. Scammers! The hotel doesn't have access to its own rooms! They're extorting money from residents!
They claim some kind of property damage, but they opened the door without damaging it. I think Booking.com has no place for such unscrupulous hotels!
Rude reception! I don't recommend anyone stay here!

Fabulous hotel and location
Pros:

The location is fantastic and even though it is right at Charles Bridge you can't hear anything in the rooms.
We had the Judita apartment which was so good and I would recommend.
Breakfast is lovely and a great variety to eat.
