The shuttle bus driver missed to pick up me while I was waiting for 30 minutes at the airport. The driver was constantly talking through his phone with someone while driving. I don’t recommend this hotel to others.

Good stay if I get my refund for Saturday night.

Everything was nice, but I have let people know that I wanted at refund for Saturday night and I have not received it yet. When I got to my room Saturday night the power was out, no lights, no hot showers, no AC, nothing. I laid on the tile floor with my wife and kids because the floor was so much cooler. It was stuffy, hot, and miserable, especially with two little kids. If we weren’t on the 8th floor and have a bunch of stuff to carry down the stairs(because elevator was not working), we would have left and went somewhere else. We were not able to utilize our room AT ALL Saturday night. And that’s not the hotels fault, but it’s not my fault either, and I feel like there should be some kind of refund. I paid full price for a room I could utilize and enjoy with my family, Instead we got half of what we paid for. So I would like my money back.

Clean and friendly. Too close to the expressway.
Pros:

The room, facilities and property were all well maintained and clean. All of staff that I interacted with were great, all of them were nice with a good attitude.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the noise from the expressway. My room was on the side that borders the expressway and the noise could be too much at times. Otherwise I would have given this hotel a perfect score.

Sehr gutes Hotel nach einem langen Flug
Pros:

Alles war toll ! Die Suite war riesig und nach dem langen Flug echt toll. Haben zum Empfang 2 Flaschen Wasser erhalten, fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück war perfekt, sogar Joghurt , frisches Obst und Obstsalat. Waffeln und Gemüse Omelette gab es auch. Zum Mitnehmen gab es ebenfalls Tüten mit Essen. Shuttle hat sehr gut funktioniert.
