Un très bel endroit avec le charme médiéval.
Pros:

L’emplacement et le fait de pouvoir manger sur place. Le Spa. Le grand Jaccuzzi.

Cons:

Le lit était très inconfortable. La chambre sentait le renfermé.

Séjour extrêmement agréable. Situé au cœur du village dans un paysage enchanteur. Restaurant sur place. Bref parfait!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung

Die Suite war sehr schön und sauber, die Atmosphäre angenehm und entspannend. Das Personal war jederzeit äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Im Spa-Bereich konnten wir keine Handtücher finden und mussten zunächst danach suchen. Zum Glück hatten wir die Handtücher aus unserem Zimmer dabei. Auch andere Gäste fragten uns, wo wir die Handtücher her hatten, da sie ebenfalls keine finden konnten. Eine bessere Kennzeichnung oder Bereitstellung der Handtücher im Spa wäre hilfreich.
Das Schlafsofa für die Kinder hätte etwas komfortabler sein können.

Le cadre rustique, la cour intérieure, le restaurant, la piscine, l'amabilité du personnel, l'accueil avec mes 2 chiens

Pracht lokatie maar niet comfortabel bij hoge temperaturen.
Pros:

Prachtig oud gebouw vanuit de 16e eeuw

Cons:

Niet berekend op een paar hittegolven na elkaar en het ontbreken van airco!
Tevens ontbraken op de kamer een koelkast of minibar die wel in de boekingsbevestiging opgenomen waren zoals ook de thee en koffiefaciliteiten.

Pros:

De sfeer van het hotel en de ligging. Prachtig stadje. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

In het restaurant was het erg heet. Het is in de kelder, er kunnen geen ramen open. Maar het was dan ook een warme zomer avond.

Sehr charmante Unterkunft inmitten von Bergheim
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im kleinen und pittoresken Bergheim. Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet aber geräumig und sauber. Der Innenhof des Hotels, in dem man Abendessen kann und das Frühstück isst, ist überaus atmosphärisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden durchaus wiederkommen.
