Passamos dois dias hospedados, o quarto não tinha tinha toalhas.
Fiz a reclamação, mesmo assim não resolveram a situação.
O sinal do Wi-fi é péssimo, acredito que seja devido a usarem repetidores de sinal e não roteadores para cada chalé.
Atendimento na recepção de qualquer jeito, sem cuidado.

Atendimento muito bom no entanto precisa de ajustes na manutenção e nos serviços

Local muito bonito e bem cuidado com muito bom atendimento.

Cons:

Chuveiro péssimo com pouca agua e impossível de regular a temperatura que estava absurdamente quente, e a piscina estava sendo limpa em horário inadequado (serviço precisa ser feito nos primeiros minutos da manhã, senão gera residuos da limpeza), o café da manhã que foi pago a parte não tinha componentes frescos e o café estava frio.

o hotel e muito bom, excelente para quem busca paz e descanso, da pra juntar a família e fazer uma confraternização. pois os chalés são bem privativos. da pra levar redes pra descansar e ate seu pet pode ir junto. eu super recomendo e um custo beneficio. não e luxuoso mas as camas são confortáveis, lençoes limpos. um destaque para os funcionários que são super atenciosos. principalmente a suzana que fica no restaurante e um amor de pessoa.

Cons:

o meu quarto era separado por uma porta que dava em outro quarta, mas não tinha tranca. não tinha ninguém hospedado lá. entrei e tranquei o quarto. achei muita perigoso!!
