Zweckmässiges Hotel mit mehr Schein als Sein
Pros:

Direkt neben einem belebten Strand. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung. Frühstück war gut. Klimaanlage i.O., Bett ok, ruhig in der Nacht.

Cons:

Weit weg vom Zentrum. Pools nur teilweise gefüllt. Checkin dauerte über eine Stunde und war unfreundlich und extrem kompliziert. War mir ein Rätsel, wie man so lange etwas in den Computer tippen kann. Zimmer ohne jeglichen Charm mit Weissbeleuchtung wie in einem Schlachthof. Unterhalt am Hause wurde seit langem vernachlässigt.

Cons:

Estava com roupa de cama suja na acomodação, sem toalhas suficientes para os hóspedes, apenas 1 cama no quarto e no anúncio fala em 2 camas, sofácama que deve ser o que referenciam como cama mas não é, estava sem roupa de cama, tivemos que dormir assim, pois reclamei mas ni guém respondeu. Na recepção dizem não poder ajudar também

Piscina linda e vista incrível do Rio Negro

Café da manhã muito bom. A piscina é linda e com uma vista incrível, principalmente no por do sol.

Cons:

Hotel sempre cheio. Elevador extremamente lento e sempre com muita gente. Acabei usando a escada sempre, pois era difícil esperar pelo elevador e/ou sempre estava cheio. Tive sorte de estar no terceiro andar, então não era ruim usar a escada, mas o hotel tem muitos andares.

Serviço ofertado não condiz com o valor pago à vista.
Pros:

Café da manhã variado, porém o bolo red velvet estava com fungo. Informado à responsável, que retirou todo o prato da mesa principal.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto fazia muito barulho. Tivemos que trocar de quarto às 2h30 da madrugada, pois realmente não dava para ficar.
