Pros:

On paye le prix mais c’est quand même tout confort, le petit déjeuner est complet, la piscine est top, la chambre est spacieuse et on avait en plus le coucher de soleil. En plus c’est bien sécurisé voire même trop avec un contrôle de voiture entrée/sortie et un portillon avec reconnaissance faciale pour élévateur. La proximité de la plage est bien mais…

… pour accéder à la plage de Ponta Negra, il faut quand même faire le grand tour d’un chantier abandonné. Les élévateurs sont lents et capricieux voire dangereux quand les portes se ferment vite. Le joint de notre douche était vraiment moisi. Une serveuse du bar de la piscine vraiment pas aimable et qui sait pas prioriser les premiers clients arrivés. La piscine peut vite devenir un spot de bimbos qui vous regardent mal car dans le cadre de leur photo Insta 🤣. Le dîner était un peu long mais bon

Vale pela vista, mas a conservação das instalações deixa muito a desejar.

Zweckmässiges Hotel mit mehr Schein als Sein
Pros:

Direkt neben einem belebten Strand. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung. Frühstück war gut. Klimaanlage i.O., Bett ok, ruhig in der Nacht.

Cons:

Weit weg vom Zentrum. Pools nur teilweise gefüllt. Checkin dauerte über eine Stunde und war unfreundlich und extrem kompliziert. War mir ein Rätsel, wie man so lange etwas in den Computer tippen kann. Zimmer ohne jeglichen Charm mit Weissbeleuchtung wie in einem Schlachthof. Unterhalt am Hause wurde seit langem vernachlässigt.

Estava com roupa de cama suja na acomodação, sem toalhas suficientes para os hóspedes, apenas 1 cama no quarto e no anúncio fala em 2 camas, sofácama que deve ser o que referenciam como cama mas não é, estava sem roupa de cama, tivemos que dormir assim, pois reclamei mas ni guém respondeu. Na recepção dizem não poder ajudar também
