Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive.

Cons:

The main issues are as follows:

• The first room was heavily sprayed with air freshener or similar chemicals to such an extent that it caused headaches after a short period of time.
• The rooms were in poor condition, including rusty metal fixtures, signs of mold, dirty floors, and an overall dilapidated state of repair.
• There was virtually no sound insulation from the street, making it difficult to rest or sleep.
• The parking area contained some scattered old vehicle parts and debris that could potentially damage guests’ vehicles, which I only noticed the following morning.
• The property was difficult to locate upon arrival because the address/location information (Hunyadi János út 4) incorrectly points to a building on the Danube in Google Maps (see below). In reality, the accommodation is the “Hotel Berlin” (Hunyadi János út 2), located on a main road. This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience during arrival.
• Most importantly, neither the photographs nor the ratings displayed on Booking.com accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. The discrepancy between the listing and reality is substantial.

The accommodation is materially misrepresented with regard to its condition, location, and quality. I made the booking based on the information provided on Booking.com and reasonably expected the property to correspond to that description. It clearly did not.

Pros:

Polecam jeśli ktoś nie ma dużych oczekiwań. Chce się przespać, zjeść śniadanie i dojechać do centrum.
Przede wszystkim było czysto, obsługa przywitała na welcome drinkiem, śniadanie też w miarę ok. A dojazd do centrum jest prosty bo przystanek jest obok hotelu.
