Wouldn’t rush back

Pros:

The hotel staff were fabulous, very helpful, friendly and professional, and a special shout out to Zoe who was absolutely amazing.
The food was delicious and the room was very nice.
We had a wonderful time!
We will definitely be back for one of the hotel's events!

Great location in walking distance and seafront
Pros:

Friendly staff only stayed 1 night

Cons:

The whole bar had a hotel function that was paying guests a bottomless brunch abba event. We had to sit in reception and not able to use the bar area to enjoy the afternoon.

ENJOYABLE STAY AND VERY HANDY FOR THE THEATRE ACROSS THE ROAD WHERE WE WENT TO SEE A SHOW THERE
Pros:

BATHROOM WAS LOVELY AND THE GENERAL DECEORATION.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE WITH GOOD SERVICE

ALL STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND PLESENT

Cons:

DID NOT LIKE THE BROWN FURNTIURE, SEEMED A BIT DATED COMPAIRED THE REST OF THE ROOM.
BED WAS TOO SOFT FOR OUR LIKING, BUT THAT IS PERSONAL CHOICE

very dissapointing compared to previous visits and will we will be looking elsewhere next time

we have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when visiting the area before and been very happy, but this time there was a definate noticable downturn.
the location etc is superb and the public areas were fine.

Cons:

1, it started when i tried to book the hotel by phone, the phone just went onand on with no wessage or accept, and i booked thru booking .com to secure availability.
2,when we arrived we were given our keys in a small folder which clearly showed that no food would be available in the evenings during the week. e accepted that as hotel policy and went downtown on the evenings for dinner but on returning went into the bar and found people eating!upon checking with staff we were informed that food was indeed availble which we could have accessed.not good when we had beeen out in heavy rain simply to eat!!
3,on one morning although we had not purchesed breakfast when booking the weather was such we decided to have tea and toast before venturing out.my partner went to reception to get ststed tea and toast but was told as we had not paid for breakfast we would have to pay the full breakfast fees for just tea / toast which we did not choose to do.
4,our room 306 had a cracked pane and an insecure latch.

A warm welcome, and a delightful stay in this well-run sea-side Hotel.
Pros:

We found this to be a wonderful Hotel - spotlessly clean, with very friendly Staff. Our room seemed to have been newly refurbished, with a brand new bathroom. The room was well furnished with good lighting etc, complimentary tea, coffee and waters, daily. Our white bath sheets were changed daily, and the room cleaned beautifully,
