The hotel elevator goes to all main floors, although some rooms are not accessible by elevator.

When we arrived after a very long wait at the service station, the hotel gave us a free upgrade which we were delighted with. Comfortable, has everything you need and just by the beach.

Персонал настоятельно требовал разгласить данные моей банковской карты, объясняя это тем,что им нужен залог( вдруг я что-то сломаю?😂). Я отказалась и в итоге мне пришлось оставить все до копейки наличные деньги,что создало мне большие неудобства. Они взяли залог 85 фунтов. Приготовьте больше наличных денег,если не хотите остаться без денег на время вашего отдыха. При всем этом,персонал на ресепшн был очень недоволен,они были не очень то учтивы и доброжелательны. Никогда больше а этот отель не поеду. Но мой одноместный номер был достаточно хорош.

Location! and clean bathroom in the room
No luggage storage and poor customer service. The recepcionists seemed like they didn't care and weren't keen to explain how things work unless asked for it, e.g Sauna/Gym rules od Wi-Fi. Not welcoming approach and poor communication.
Also, sauna wasn't cleaned from the old towels even though the recepcionist saw that before I entered. No clock or thermometer in the sauna to safely use the facility. A stick for topping up water was broken.
Great location, lovely clean room and fantastic staff
Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Bathroom was satisfactory and room service was good. Towels and bins were replaced and the bed was made even though we didn’t request these services!
The condition of the room wasn’t great. A lampshade on a light behind the bed was missing. There were unsightly stains on the carpet. The curtains were not fit for purpose as they didn’t keep the light out. There was no mirror above the dressing table.
Location. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant facilities are great. Air conditioning fabulous on a very hot night. Good value for money.
The bathroom was modern and stylish. The shower floor however was as slippery as an eel in a bucket of olive oil. Some sort of shower mat would be an improvement. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However what we think was the air con in the next room was making an intermittent sound which I could only imagine as similar to the snoring of an male silver back gorilla with a chest infection and sinus issues. But I must have found that particular sound something akin to whale song as I managed to get a reasonable nights sleep.
On arrival we booked in and the young lady on reception conducted the whole process including the obligatory "enjoy your stay" as she handed us the door
swipe card, without making any eye contact whatsoever. That in itself a remarkable example of customer boredom syndrome.
Stayed for one night for a gig at Dreamland in Margate. Parking was super easy and free, we walked to the station (Dumpton Park is only a 5/10 minute walk). Room was huge and had the most amazing sea views, shower had good pressure, staff were very helpful, overall very positive
Location was good, on the sea front and a short walk from town. Aircon in lobby and rooms. Bed was comfortable, property was clean. Staff were really friendly and we got a little sweet treat on departure which was a nice surprise. Great value for money.
The toilet paper was the scratchy brown recycled stuff, great for the environment but not the best for the guests. Couldn’t find a place to charge phone by the bed, presume due to being an older property. Plenty of outlets round the room though.

Couldn’t see out of windows for dirt, couldn’t get a bag of crisps at 11:30pm and fried eggs at breakfast were hard. Bath towels were in shreds.
