Nice, quiet seafront location and a lovely period building. The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean, good value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, comfortable rooms , functional AC which is rare , friendly staff
Housekeeping could be better for the first day I left the room in the morning for about 7 hours and hanged the sign yet my room was not cleaned , also when they did clean the next day they didn’t really do much I found scraps of food on the floor all they did was make the bed and restock towels.
There was a band playing the club downstairs was very very loud the room was shaking would be better if they provided some form of sound proofing
It was all OK, carpet in room could be cleaner.
The breakfast! It was not nice, eggs looked horribly greasy and bacon was tough. Also parking when we arrived was non-existent because of Sunday roast at hotel and other tourists. Managed to get spot in evening though.
San clu hotel is in a great location, very near the beach and local amenities

The front desk wasn’t really helpful. She then asked about my confirmation details. I booked a double room for me and my husband and we had our 3 year old boy who doesn’t even sleep alone(Yes, my little boy co sleep with mama and I am still trying my best to let him sleep alone). The booked room is good for 2 adults only. I did not add my boy because I thought I never really had to since he is just 3 and we have been to many hotels this summer and no issue at all. She asked me to pay an additional £52 per night for 2 nights for my little boy. I was about to refuse but what choice do I have (I am visibly exhausted and she thought I am idiot and I cannot be bothered to spend more unnecessary energy towards her). Overall, we were not happy with the stay, we ended up staying in the hotel almost all the time to justify the price because of the amount that we have paid, we need to savour the hotel then.
Staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating, had an accident whilst staying and the staff helped me when I returned from hospital
