Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The hotel itself is quite old and could really use some renovation. The area outside the hotel also didn’t feel very safe to walk around, especially at night.

The rooms were cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily, which we appreciated. However, the walls don’t seem to be well insulated, as we could clearly hear other guests slamming their doors. At night, the noise was so loud it sounded like a bomb going off, making it difficult to sleep.

Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. It didn’t taste fresh, and the quality wasn’t what we expected.

Overall, the excellent staff and housekeeping were the highlights of our stay, but the hotel would benefit from renovations, better soundproofing, and improvements to the food quality.

Very good, but does have some cons.
Pros:

Very good location central to everything, Good breakfast too. Staff were very good always happy to help you with everything.

Cons:

Kids running and screaming in hallways of a night and early morning did cause a little concern but not too bad, pool has no lounges and rarely gets any sun so keep that in mind if you spend a lot of time in or near the pool.

Cons:

The food we ordered was cold , not much of a selection for breakfast . The walkway alongside the pool which was outside our room was wet from swimmers and my wife nearly fell over 3 times . Also a fight broke out 1 evening at the room up from ours and security did nothing So the experience was unpleasant.

Cons:

Pool very cold, no sun lounges around the pool leaving very little space to sit. We were moved multiple times due to a dead animal in our roof, noise etc. The staff did their best to accommodate the smell however was frustrating after being moved 3 times. I requested a refund to go elsewhere and was refused which was disappointing considering the circumstances.
