Disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast nice and bed very comfortable

Cons:

Room very warm and no A/C. Staff were not pro active and we had to request an exception to have breakfast in the garden in the morning despite there being lots of space outside. We also requested that a taxi be booked and it was not done correctly. Bathroom toiletries were very basic. For the price we paid we expected better service and facilities.

Lovely setting, slightly disappointed by the service
Pros:

The gardens and pool area were fabulous - a wonderful place to relax and just a short distance from the centre of Bath. Our room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the beds comfortable.

Cons:

The service in the terrace restaurant was not on point on the evening we were there - although the staff were friendly, I had to chase our drinks order a couple of times and we ended up with the aperitif arriving just as we were finishing our starters and the wine arriving as I was finishing the main course. Not the end of the world but didn’t quite live up to other hotels we’ve stayed at recently.

Hotel di charme, in un giardino incantevole, con qualche aspetto da migliorare.
Pros:

Il giardino è sicuramente ciò che abbiamo apprezzato di più dell'hotel: curatissimo, con tante specie di fiori e di alberi e persino la piscina esterna. Molto gradevole anche la spa (con piscina, bagno turco e sauna): non molto grande ma pulita e ben tenuta. Orari comodi, con accappatoio e pantofoline incluse nel servizio.
Comodo anche il parcheggio esterno.
Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel, quindi non saprei dare un giudizio su quest'aspetto. Apprezzata la presenza della macchinetta del caffè Nespresso in stanza.

Cons:

La stanza, benché molto ampia e luminosa, era piuttosto calda (certo, perché fuori la temperatura era molto elevata). Poco pratica l'assenza dell'ascensore. La pulizia quotidiana della stanza va migliorata, anche in considerazione della presenza della moquette a terra. In generale, la struttura andrebbe comunque un po' rimodernata. Poiché la stanza affacciava sull'ingresso della struttura e dormivamo con la finestra aperta, ho trovato un po' fastidiosi i rumori, di mattina presto, delle ditte fornitrici che caricavano e scarivacano merci.

Un cinq étoiles, relais château, qui n’en est pas.
Cons:

Notre fille de 13 ans ne pouvait pas accéder à la piscine après 17:00 alors que nous arrivions à 17:30 seulement à l’hôtel et qu’il faisait 33 degrés et que nous avions passés 5h sur la route.
Le repas du soir était mauvais et le service très lent et peu professionnel. Rapport qualité/prix inexistant. Le client n’est pas roi, il doit se plier aux règles

A nice hotel but faded and not worth the money
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. Grounds and internal pool are nice. Outdoor pool is adequate.

Cons:

Staff need much training. Dinner outdoors was like a comedy show with missing drinks and very poor albeit friendly service. The hotel was once very grand, but is now very faded and needs a complete refurbishment. Dinner and breakfast were nice but not worth the price.

Hotel muy acogedor y tranquilo
Pros:

Hotel con mucho encanto, antiguo pero muy bien mantenido. Un poco alejado del centro perfecto si buscas tranquilidad. Jardín bonito y bien cuidado. Servicio muy cuidado. Habitación confortable . Desayuno a la carta incluido en el precio

Lovely hotel but there are a few areas where a little bit more value would make a big difference.
Pros:

The spa was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and keen to meet every need. The locations is really good and breakfast was brilliant such a great choice.

Cons:

There are no sensibly priced wine options. Really you should offer a good quality mid range bottle in red white and rose. Also I ordered the Cheese Platter for dessert and i have never seen such skimpy portions of cheese. When you are paying circa £15 for a plate i certainly would have expected more than slices so thin you could see through them.

As expected but not blown away.
Pros:

This is a 5 star hotel so expectations are high. Service was very good but only as expected. The gardens were very good and the food also very good

Cons:

The property is older and it shows. Some paint peeling and some extra maintenance is needed.
