Gemütliches, komfortables Hotel mit guter S-Bahnanbindung in die Stadt
Pros:

Sehr modernes und komfortables Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und ausreichend Parkplätze. Eines der gemütlichsten Zimmer in denen ich je genächtigt habe. Lage ideal für Anreise mit dem Auto und Besuch der Stadt mit ÖPNV. Große Fernseher mit Möglichkeit zur Anbindung seiner eigenen Devices (Chrome Cast). Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Die Fernseher hatte leider keine Sleep-Funktion 😊

Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut erreichen, Parken auf dem Parkplatz oder Tiefgarage problemlos möglich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und auch das Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (wenn keine Messe ist.)

Cons:

Das Personal war unterschiedlich aufmerksam. Eine Nachschulung wäre anzuraten.

Pros:

Bed was comfy and location for me was good as well. Underground secure parking for 10 euro is a must have if you are traveling with valuable things and dont want to take them all to the apartment.

Cons:

There were drunk people nearby. Location was not precise. Do not stop in front of the big building with flats. Its the ine behind. In the kitchen its only a sink and microvawe. So I wouldnt call it a kitchen. But for the price in Munich you would not find anything better

breakfast was decent

Cons:

There was no water to shower when we arrived. There was also no. acknowledgent or responsibility taken by management and staff. They treated us like it was our fault there was no water. There was no empathy and we were almost ridiculed when we asked them to acknowledge in writing that there was a problem.
Staff were overwhelmed. The front desk staff had multiple roles, reception, waiters, chefs, room service... Often guests waited for 10 minutes just to check in.
