The beds were uncomfortable, limited breakfast options
Breakfast is amazing - you have a great choice of good quality food and drinks.
The location is super - within walking distance from anything you need: beach, cafe/restaurant, local grocery shop, fruit & veg market. You can also rent and drive a motorbike at a very reasonable price straight from the hotel.
The room is clean, cool enough and cozy. Meets and exceeds expectations from similar places.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked that every room had a seating area outside and a rack for drying clothes. The furnishings were meagre and a bit old but it served it's purpose and some people might be into the rustic appearance
There was no hot water. The breakfast spread was limited and mainly catered to Indian customers. There is a bar Tomato's opposite the hotel that plays loud music late into the night which is disturbing if you're trying to catch a good night's sleep. I also was a bit vary of the interior door latch as it felt flimsy.
Wonderful place to stay! Very green area, privacy, enough space and delicious food too. Good location (beach nearby) and a very polite staff. Especially Mr. Panduranga and Mrs. Kiran Thakur were very helpful.
High tax like any other hotel in Goa !

Rezerwując pobyt w obiekcie na stronie Booking zostałem poinformowany, że zapłacę w obiekcie. Podałem numer kartry kredytowej więc płatność była gwarantowana i bezpieczna. Obiekt w mailu poinformował, żebym zapłacił wcześniej. Poprosiłem o rezerwację zgodnie z zasadami z Booking. Odmówili usuwając rezerwację, a sam Booking nie wykazał się żadnymi działaniami. W efekcie zostałem zmuszony do niepojawienia się w obiekcie. Wstyd!

cleanliness, facilities like AC, hot water etc
Staff was courteous especially Mohit who gave his personal number for assistance . Location and room were excellent
Restaurant could have been more available for lunch and dinner
Everything about the hotel was good: staff is polite and helpful , hotel room was beautiful , food was included in the price and property is only 2 mins away from beach.
