No water Mother’s Day was ruined

Worst stay and the most false advertising of property

This motel is one of the worst we have ever stayed at to start off we got a king bed room and we got a full bed that looks like a pull out sofa on top of that there's a smell in the room that can't be masked by candle, spray or anything we try. It's gotten so bad that we literally leaving cause we couldn't stand it anymore the parking lot Is the worst condition I've ever seen. there's parts of the building that are so cracked and broken it's alarming to say the least and the last thing I'll say about it is the photos on booking.com app are so misleading I've have reason to believe they are Photoshop or something like that edited in some way I doubt this place ever looked like it does in the photos. Also the AC is falling out of the wall the door jam is moving with the locked door as if it's falling off. The photos include the "king" size bed the second floor foundation cracked right where are door is at, the AC falling out and the exterior front door jam in that order

Ask for downstairs gave us a smell like insect medicine they made a large room into shower with no tub nor water pan holes on walls and tv did not work move us to another room no water pressure for shower nor did the restroom flush. All in all it SUCK ROOMS 100 & 222. Plz don’t stay there

Floor in our bathroom had cracks all in it to the point that the toilet dangerously shook when it was sat on. We were also on the third floor and the floor felt unstable when walked across.

The only good thing about this stay were the accommodating staff.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and accommodating although we did not get our refund they did say they would contact the booking agency to refund our money.

Cons:

The first room we check into smelt like mold and mildew, there was mold on the ceiling as if there was a leak at one point, we asked to receive another room and was granted one. When we walked into the second room it had a bad and nauseating smell of ammonia, I left the door open hoping we could air it out, this did not work. We than asked the front desk for our deposit back and had to book a hotel last minute. I had my wife, 5 year old daughter, and 8 month old daughter with me this was very hazardous and could not put there health at risk

Horrifying disgusted and wry unpleasant as we had to leave back home because of conditions of room.
Pros:

Nothing it was the worst place to ever stay. It was so filthy broken unsanitary and very unsafe health and physical wise. This place should be condemned based off the room we were given. We checked in went sight seeing without fully going over room. When we got back and toured the room it was so filthy broken unsanitary just horrendous. Was not the same one from booking.com website one bit. So I immediately called booking.com and asked for a full refund as this place was very unsafe and unsanitary.
I took many photos but will not let me upload all.
