Like the location close to bts, like the restaurant just across the hotel with the real local food, many good supermarkets in working distance, nice museum of science and planetarium just in a few minutes from the hotel. We like the staff in the hotel. We like the design of the rooms and the hotel in global.
We didn't like the room on the 5th floor which smells mold and kitchen was broken a little and sofa was very durty. Thanks to the reception. They changed it immediately after our complain.
So many activities and super friendly staff
The staff is exceptional. They are kind, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The greeting they give you at check-in makes all your travel challenges melt away.
We were upgraded upon arrival, which was a lovely and welcome surprise. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Honestly, we felt very special when arriving in our room. The bed is the best we've ever slept in; the linens are soft, the pillows are sleep-inducing (must find out what brand they are), and the king bed is the perfect mix of firm and soft.
The location is ideal, tucked away off the busy main road but close to everything in the area. (noise won't wake you)
I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel and all it has to offer.
It’s located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. There’s no bustle of Sukhumvit or river side. But it is well connected by BTS to quickly get to these places. There are nice coffee shops and restaurants at walking distance. The room was large and amazing and staff friendly and helpful.
My first stay at the Salis Hotel in Bangkok was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel came highly recommended, and it definitely did not disappoint.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly front desk staff and attentive bellman who assisted with my luggage. Although I arrived a bit early from the airport and my room was not yet ready, the staff made me feel comfortable right away with a welcome drink, popcorn, and even a complimentary room upgrade, which I truly appreciated.
The room itself was beautiful, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the hospitality and service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning very soon.

the bed, frame was unstable and very noisy when changing positions in bed. i requested to change rooms which the hotel staff accommodated to resolve which was good of them
