地理位置佳，去阿里山很方便，房間是小木屋，清潔度出人意料，服務人員熱情！

Cons:

早餐普通，畢竟這個價格算很難得。但早餐時空碗碟和部分菜品上有很多果蠅，令人遺憾，不過反應後服務人員馬上處理！

非常開心的住宿經驗，雖然設備園區比較有年代，但服務人員們皆很熱情親切招呼！木屋清潔衛生做得很確實，鐵礦溫泉很舒適！導覽大姊碰碰車大姊都熱情親切又專業！

導覽蝴蝶園生態教育很專業很親切！

隔音比較差！遇到團客比較吵！

Pros:

園區大,花草樹木美麗,好停車,有導覽,室內有飲水機,早餐的雞腿肉不錯

Cons:

附近其他房客抽菸時有菸味,電視影像有時遲延,園區內有些設備看來稍嫌老舊,房間插座較少,浴簾不見了無法乾溼分離
