I like the owner, but not the apartment

I really liked friendly owner of apartment and location in the centre of the city

Cons:

Unfortunately photos here on booking were not the same as the apartment itself, and I lived in another adresse on the neighbour street. Yeah, the cleaning of apartment was often, but it didn’t help a lot. There was not a kettle, so I couldn’t even make some tea or coffee, hairdryer, mirror. Also chair or anything where I could hang and dry towels, swimsuit. It was very dark in the room so I couldn’t read inside, very hot and ventilator didn’t help at all. All furniture was old, in bad condition, not clean at all.
So it was really not comfortable for its price.

Good value for money with exceptional location.
Pros:

It has a outstading location very close to train, city centre, the beach and buses just name it.
Also the owner was exceptional generous. My flight was midnight so he allowed me to check out at 10 30 am but he allowed me to keep my luggage in the common sitting area and provide me with a spare key to come much later to pick up my staff. I came around 7 pm and picked them up and left the spare key. That was exceptionally generous of the owner. I do not think in any other places I would have this kindness.
I highly recommend the place.

Cons:

One little thing that if it was available I would have giver 10 points instead of 9 points. It has no AC but it has powerful and heavy duty fans to cool the room and dis the job for me. However many people would prefer to have the Air condition. For me it was acceptable and I was comfortable. However, for other people they may think differently.
If the owner invests little money for an air condition I am sure he will get 10 stares of residence.

Pros:

The apartment is located in the heart of Alicante, with everything you need within walking distance. It has a hairdryer, an iron, beach umbrellas, a living room, and a kitchen. Special thanks to the apartment staff for allowing us to leave our luggage until our departure.

Cons:

The room is quite small, but it is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. There were not enough power outlets: one worked, but the other was broken, so it felt unsafe to use. It would also be helpful to have a hook on the bathroom door to hang clothes or towels.
