Very poor
Cons:

The night Security was rude .
No toilet paper
No windows
Reception spent most time playing on their phone laying down on a sofa next to Reception.
It seems to be for short stay by the hour.
At least that's the impression I was given.
But cheap suppose you get what you pay for.
