Lovely hotel staff helpful amazing location
Pros:

Lovely location. Amazing room. Lovely food and staff were very helpful

Cons:

It was my 60th birthday and not one person wished me happy birthday or acknowledged it was a special day for me. My daughter made up for it with a cake and balloons but not a good place to spend my special birthday. When I booked it the lady said don’t worry we will look after you. So disappointed.
Single beds were uncomfortable too.

Great stay in lovely location.

Room lovely and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner all excellent.

Few dirty bits in room and bin in bathroom wasn’t emptied every day.

Wonderful, restful weekend.
Pros:

Captains Club is just the best. Staff are friendly and polite. The food is wonderful particularly breakfast. Location is amazing. Absolutely love your hotel can’t wait to come back. Also love that you can organise a parking space really helpful.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like we love everything it’s just an amazing hotel.

One of the most beautiful places and great team .

The location, & rooms facing river make the hotel excellent
Pros:

Location beside river. Reserved parking. Fab reception & bar staff

Cons:

Breakfast service exceedingly slow. Bacon hardly cooked. Very few phone charging points in the room. No mirrors beside plus for hairdryers!
