OK, but wouldn't return
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. Briefest of stays, 1 night in st 8pm, out by 12

Cons:

No safe in room is a bit old-fashioned, I would always want & expect a kettle to make a cup of tea but obviously not a priority in Thailand.
Premise quite clean but looks it's age.
