Pros:

The view of the ocean was great

Cons:

The room was very nasty the ceilings were moldy and dirty I asked for a room change for the second night and never returned

Hotel was very disappointing, but had a great location and was oceanfront, but would not recommend

The bed was okay and the location and having oceanfront balcony was amazing

Cons:

Disgusting room, shower, floor, the ceiling paint was peeling and fell off next to the bed the second day of our trip. Terrible maintenance on the place. Next time I go to Virginia Beach I will definitely be using a different hotel but the location of oceans 27 was great.

Cons:

It was nasty. All we did was walk in the room. It was black mold all around the ceiling, paint was coming off fridge was left open it was frozen solid, floors where nasty table had food on it. The black mold was enough that is a serious health regulation. They should be made to close the doors. Isn't handicap accessible. No elevator. Wouldn't recommend for Noone. Very disappointed.

Only thing to. Like was the fact it was oceanfront. I feel like me and my wife was cheated out of 500 dollars. It was a nightmare. I didn't want to lay in the bed.flies and fruit flies in the room on the walls ceiling. I just wanted to get through the night. I want my money back

Cons:

Its a random down dump!!! This was by far the worst facilty that I have ever experienced. We checked out at 5 am couldn't take anymore.

It was ok!
Pros:

no breakfast availble for the guests. able to walk to the beach from room. able to see the beach from the room.

Cons:

no breakfast avalable. left my shoes in rom and the housekeeping stoll has not found them. able to hear others in theor room. staff does not speak emglish well.

Wouldn’t spend more than 150 a night
Pros:

The property is in the prime location but it’s very run down.

Cons:

The rooms are spot cleaned for sure…. We found a box of condoms , half eaten crackers and a few other things on the floor.
We also noticed lots of mold and our bed was literally broken 🙃

If you are sensitive to smoke smell, don’t stay here.
people beside of us were definitely smoking.

Pet accommodations were nice. Shower had good pressure though

Cons:

Refused me extra blankets. Bathroom sink was clogged. Room wasnt cleaned for sand or garbage. Sheets didn't fit bed. No coffee

Relaxing and beautiful
Pros:

The room view was beautiful. The beds were pretty comfortable. The room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The property overall was nice but minor repairs were needed in the room but nothing that would make me not want to stay here
