Schönes Hotel an traumhafter Lage auf kleiner Insel
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Am Tag läuft ein bisschen etwas und sobald die Tagesgäste wieder abreisen ist es ruhig. Nur wenig Gäste die auf der Insel übernachten.

Cons:

Es war sehr schön aber es hat auch seinen Preis. Die Verpflegung im Restaurant ist nicht gerade günstig aber in Anbetracht der aussergewöhnlichen Lage ist das auch angemessen.

Beautiful location in a private island, great snorkeling just off the shore, nice modern room with a view, delicious food

Cons:

Service level was lacking. The staff seemed less attentive to guests after 3 pm, once the day-trippers had left. We also experienced instances of dishonesty from staff members, specifically the manager, Rodolfo (I believe that was his name), who hosted a very loud 7-hour party for the employees in the main hotel area. This was extremely inconsiderate of the guests staying overnight, and he was not truthful about how long the party would last, which made the situation even more frustrating for us.

Muy lindo después de las 3 pm
Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente atentos, amables, la comida costosa pero rica.

Cons:

Todos los dias de 9 a 3 pm habia musica a todo volumen para el Beach Club, haciendo muy dificil descansar, priorizan a los turistas de pasa día, el lugar es hermoso una vez se van las personas de este tipo de tour, con silencio y tranquilidad luego de las 3 pm. La lancha de vuelta iba contracorriente salto varias veces y fue muy rápido, siendo muy incomodo el regreso, además se subian personas alcoholizadas de las otras playas.

Pros:

Todo es super genial en el hotel, la infraestructura, el sitio, las playas, el personal, todo ha sido super, la comida muy buena, y la compañia de las aves son lo máximo, para poder salir de la rutina y conectar con la naturaleza.

Cons:

Todo estuvo super bien, no tengo opinión negativa.

Don’t go unless you’re not a ornithologist
Pros:

Staff was welcoming, transportation was good. Food was mid (6/10) and with similar prices to cartagena.
Good drinks and juices too.

Cons:

You HAVE to know there are hundreds of big black birds flying over the little island.
This affects:
The BAD smell all over the island
The feathers and shit in the water that turn the blue and carabean water into a FORGETTABLE and SHITTY experience
The unexpected shit coming over you

We paid for a room for 4 people with an extra sofa bed that was really really small and not cozy at all.
Of course we know it is a natural reserve but this is really too much. I would definitely not recommend going there if your are not a ornithologist.

Also, massages are totally over priced.

Local é paradisíaco, o mar e lindo muito mais do que esperávamos.

Cons:

Ficamos no último andar, quarto Garza real, o quarto em geral é muito bol com uma vista maravilhosa, o problema é que o chuveiro, que era enorme, simplesmente pingava água, tivemos que tomar banho quase encostados na parede ou com uma caneca em baixo para podermos nos lavar. Avisamos e pedimos por 2x a recepção mas me foi dito que era assim msm e assim ficou. Fiquei bem frustrado nesse sentido.

Une ile et un hôtel atypiques !

La chambre est de qualité et l’hôtel qui partage l’île avec une réserve ornithologique est assez unique ! Le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

L’hôtel accueille deux fois par jours des touristes qui profitent de la plage, sous une musique assourdissante de 9h à 15h. Attention aussi, les prix sont parfois onéreux : transport en bateau, repas, snorkeling…
