Hassel free , located right next to the train station . All the technology worked.
No human contact. It does take some getting used to.
Room was great and digital keys work well. Colin is an excellent host who could not have been more helpful.

Es war einfach super cool, tool eingerichtet, super sauber, komfortabel, einfach zu erreichen. Etwas oberhalb vom Bahnhof. Man muss etwas laufen oder das Bähnchen nehmen um in die Altstadt und an den See zu gelangen. Aber mit der Lugano Card fährt man kostenlos.

Overall all was good!
Very close to train station, so good for 1 night. The staff is exceptional. The hotel is very high-tech. It's a little overwhelming. Very comfortable bad and bedding. Great breakfast, and beautiful display, just a little expensive. Very private and make you feel good. Elevator!! Good Wifi and A/C. Outlets by the bed!!! Nice shower and good amenities - toiletries. All the decor very interesting and lots of artistic details.
The size of the room - very small and we booked Queen room. No closet, just shallow nish to put 1-2 items. Not possible to leave light in the bathroom at night, because its connected to the light in the entrance. Sink is also in entrance, not in the bathroom. No place for suitcases. Not recommended for more than 1 night.
The friendly and hospitable owners and staff fully welcomed me! My hotel room was riddled with detailed decor, and I could tell the team put a lot of intentionality into the hotel. The location was <5 minutes from the train station, and I received a free voucher to use public transport throughout my stay. Loved everything about my stay!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Unkomplizirtes ein und aus Checken. Sehr ruhige Lage und gut erreichbar mit Auto und ÖV. Eine sehr gute Adresse fürs weiter Empfehlen.
Sehr nah am Bahnhof gelegen. Die Zimmer sind cool, etwas anders und aussergewöhnlich eingerichtet, aber alles passt perfekt zusammen und wirkt sehr stimmig. Es ist angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll gestaltet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Zudem kann man sich den ganzen Tag kostenlos Wasser holen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprechen mehrere Sprachen.
Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze anbietet. Zwar liegt es in einer 30er-Zone und es gibt blaue Parkplätze in der Umgebung, allerdings braucht man etwas Glück, um einen freien Parkplatz zu finden.
Sehr schöne und zweckmässige Zimmer; extrem feines und köstliches Frühstück; Collin hat dies einfach super gemacht.

The location is great, only 3-5 minutes away from the train station with a bit of slope to go to the hotel.
The decoration is very artistic and hi-tech.
Easy to check in & access the hotel.

Almost nothing but it would be great if there was a kettle in the room without having to come down to thw lobby.

The location was close to the train station, on a quiet side street, and felt safe. The decor was funky and fun. Plumbing fixtures were pipes as was the closet rod.
The room was quiet but very small. The bathroom sink was in the main room, the bed was in an alcove with access only on one side. We were traveling with small backpacks and they left little space in the room. The closet was small with a u-shaped pipe for the rod, cute but didn't hold much.
